We had a lovely dinner here before starting a section of the South Down Way. Great food, lovely service and a nice feel to the place as well as a cool outdoor bit. Highly recommend!

One of the best ‘spoons I was in ... The building is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff, amazing, incredibly friendly and my order came quickly... Who runs this pub does an amazing job!!!

one of the best barcafés in petersfield my opinion after. great service drinks selection and eating. the prices are very reasonable. the personal is friendly and nothing seems too much of a problem. there is a large dining room on top and a garden on the back recommended.

Love this Wetherspoons with all its nooks and crannies and cosy open fireplaces in winter Always greeted with a smile and kind word and remembered from last visits. Service is quick and always served piping hot and obviously amazing value for the area. It's our happy go to place when feeling we need a pick me up. Well done to them!

Absolutely loved this place, got greeted by the biggest smile ever from staff, made to feel so welcome! Sat by the log burner on a wet Saturday afternoon eating gorgeous club sandwiches which were amazing, great selection of beers to! Cora makes this place, she was so lovely with everyone who came in. Wonderful food (large portions too! The waiter (who I think was the owner was very knowledgeable about all the specialty beers he had available (VERY good selection if you're a craft or Belgian beer fan , he was very willing to talk and make sure we were happy and he was also very hospitable and patient with our two girls, 3 and 6. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back for a hearty meal in a very nice setting.

this is my favorite place in petersfield. it makes big coffee, eat and a great selection of exciting drinks, weep and even a great selection of alcoholic extras. it has a great feeling, it with the layout and lighting. the beer and ales are constantly changing, and the personal is always very knowledgeable. we have used them a few times for work events and social and cannot harm the service we have received. well done to all in the city house.

a beautiful small bar at the bottom of the high street, the bright bites/snacks inc' burger, wing etc. served with both hot cold drinks. a small, but essential bar also comprises 3 localized cask ales several keg crafts. at my several visits I found the ale to be in excellent condition temperature. Apart from the excellent cakes, I did not try to eat that so can not comment, although when occurring count for everything that it looks good. if they are a real ale/ craft ale trinker, this place is definitely worth a visit.
