"The food at this restaurant is excellent and the service is good. The new large teepee seating area is impressive. However, I am a bit uncertain about the hot air blow system. It was convenient for us to be seated next to the outlet, but circulating hot air may not be ideal currently. Perhaps the restaurant should consider using infrared heaters instead."

This pub is delightful! We stayed at the adjoining inn and had dinner and breakfast at the pub.

Lovely food. A bit claustrophobic due to the screens which gave us little space to move but understandable. Staff were lovely and service good

Used to be good, but since refurb (new management?) has gone downhill. Food now cheap & greasy. Service ok but not up to the price point. Not worth the trip.

Very good meal, as always. The calves liver was outstanding and chef was happy to amend the mussels sauce for us. We will miss our restaurant during lockdown -good luck to Jonny and all the staff.

The restaurant implemented good Covid precautions and the dining area was arranged well to promote social distancing. The food was excellent, especially the high-quality beef. The service was attentive and prompt, and we enjoyed the lack of excessive noise.
