Went with family members, lovely birthday celebration. Fabulous cake. Soups and toasties wonderful as was the cottage pie. Lovely staff and great atmosphere

delicious lunch. amazing tasty suppening and so tasty and tasty housebread included traybakes (can not believe that another review has not been evaluated) will be back.

We visited after reading all the reviews, expecting great food. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The main courses were flavourless with burnt garlic bread (coleslaw was nice). Traybakes were also underwhelming. We won't be back.

We had a special Mother’s Day afternoon tea here this afternoon. We had the most delicious tea with homemade baking including the best meringues! Unlimited tea and coffee. Special treat was Prosecco and flowers for all the mums. The staff were lovely and friendly and...nothing was any trouble.

Out on a cycling outing we decided to stop at The Scot’s Pine for a quick lunch. We were tempted by the hot smoked salmon and crayfish salad with strawberries and balsamic glaze. We were advised that one portion for good for sharing. Wow, it...was absolutely delicious and with the fresh brown bread and butter, was plenty for two.

I met with my tante in this beautiful and cozy hidden gem. the service was polite and friendly, without being overlaid and they were treated like a long lost friend. the menu choice was diverse and the food was tasteful and tasteful. it was. a cool day so that we didn't make use of the outside space, but the log burner kept us comfortable in us.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Scots Pine Tearoom, when we stopped off on our way to Peebles, for a weekend break. The food was excellent, including the beautiful homemade soups and tasty baked potatoes with superb fillings. The service was excellent also. The...staff are very friendly and gave us a warm welcome while providing us with a lot of information on the local area.

a wonderfully friendly, attractive and well located stop to enjoy a surprisingly varied and tasty selection of food, snacks, cakes and traybakes. beautiful place, with indoor/outside seating in well-maintained area with 3600 views of the surrounding lush landscape. dog and child-friendly with lots of... from parking. warm, friendly, attentive staff that makes everyone visit to enjoy.

Had a lush afternoon tea today in fact best one I've had because everything was perfect , Made to feel warm and welcome, placed in front of the fire as soon as we arrived and served up a delicious portion of savoury and sweet treats...to feast on . Staff not only made us welcome but also took time to make sure the kids felt welcome also . Definitely a little gem to go to if your visiting the area or just passing for a lovely bit of food.
