"My family and I first visited this restaurant 10 years ago when our daughter moved to the area from Scotland. As soon as we walked in, the host greeted us with a friendly smile and asked what he could get for us. Not knowing the local ales, he offered us a free selection to try. He then asked if we were dining, and after we confirmed, he told us to take a seat while he brought our drinks and took our order. This level of service has continued for the past decade, making it a place we truly enjoy. Unfortunately, our visits will be coming to an end in 2 weeks. I can only hope that the new owner will uphold the same standard of service. In the meantime, thank you for the wonderful memories!"

10/10 could not ask for more for a nice pub restaurant in cambridge. excellent and fast service, great atmosphere and each of our dishes were brilliantly presented and were delicious.

My partner and I always enjoy visiting this pub. The staff, Horace, Linda, and Hugo, are so lovely. We dined in the restaurant on Good Friday. I had Red Mullet on a bed of Fennel and my partner had Rabbit and mushroom pie. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. I would give this beautiful little country pub a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

I recently dined at a restaurant that serves fresh, locally sourced produce and it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Two weeks ago, I went with my partner and we both ordered the Trout from a nearby lake, which was absolutely delicious. Then, last Saturday, I took my friend there for her birthday and we both enjoyed the Pigeon Breast in Cider and Cream Sauce, which was equally delightful. I can't wait to go back again.
