"I visited the snug last weekend while in hertford. it was such a beautiful atmosphere! all staff were very friendly, but myrah went beyond and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! she was bubbly and chatty and made our time there even more pleasant. she could recommend some delicious cocktails especially the fiesta havanna, which was one of our favorite! we cannot expect to visit the snug again. many thanks to myrah and the team: ."

Come here often, sometimes slow service if busy but understandable. Great for pre drinks in hertford. Jordans an absolute star though always lovely and a great asset to your team.

Love this place. Foods really good along with service from staff. Nice atmosphere in evenings. I recommend the Chicken Wings (with Frank's Hot Sauce of course) and the burgers are great too.

Very nice atmosphere, staff are friendly and welcoming, the drinks are great, good quality and very well presented, take advantage of the happy hour but overall not that expensive. We will definitely return.

my wife and I were in a Wednesday night for cocktails. had a great time to play board games that we didn't know they had! jacqueline was a fantastic host, very attentive and had nice chat. we'll go back in any case, she was great!

our server jordan was evil and so knowledgeable. a member of our party was vegan and jordan was so helpful and helped us to find all vegan options, especially with the martini that was pfirsich instead of martini and therefore became vegan. he was so beautiful and made our experience so much better.

After having a talk with Nathan, it was abundantly clear that the value he holds high are that of a premium mixologist. Selecting the finest ingredients from that available of the suppliers, the Pina Colada and Virgin Pornstar Martini excelled the expectations of our party and were truly mixed and pursed with passion and finese. A true asset, and high commendations to Nathan, our true mixologist and cocktail wizard.
