"This venue is exceptionally welcoming, the staff are friendly and always greet with a smile. I have always found Helen and Craig to be the most amenable people who will try their very best to seat guests, even when the pub is exceptionally busy. The food is served within a good timescale, it is value for money and there are always great offers on both food and drink but, once again, I think it’s definitely the lovely staff that create a relaxing atmosphere at the Stap."

Rang up for a table of 6 for my family, which they always manage to fit us in with no issues even when they are busy they are always accommodating, Food is always lovely and my children love it

We had family visit from New Zealand and needed lunch for Fathers day, after contacting the Stapylton it was fully booked but a table was available in the bar at 4pm so I left my number in case there was a cancellation. The management rang me to say it was available early which was brilliant. The meal and service was perfect a credit to the staff.

Helen and the team are brilliant. Always make us welcome and accommodate everything we need. Lovely family atmosphere at the heart of Eston and Normanby. We’ve been coming here for a few years now enjoying the grub, the family friendly mood and the seasonal events at Christmas, Halloween and Easter. Always a great experience for the whole family. Thanks to all the staff at the Stap Great service.
