I am not accustomed to slow food at Asian restaurant. The wait was worthwhile! Every single dish was fresh and well prepared. I enjoyed the calm and quiet ambience. Comfortable seating and cosy. Staff was kind and attentive.

Top authentic ktichen with marvellous hosts ! Taste is true to the origin of the vietnamese kitchen fresh, sparkling and the hottness of vietnam well preserved!! They gave a new choice of two sauces with the authentic rice-paper rolls and the new Tamarind...sauce was like I tasted in Hanoi

Having been to Vietnam this spring I am now a lot more critical of Vietnamese food outside Vietnam. Thuy did not disappoint. They have a huge menu and it was hard to choose something since so much sounded so good! Service was great, I loved...how the server came over and suggested how to eat my appetizer...haha!
