"Beautiful entrance, friendly staff the ones I met anyway, and the food was really good. , my only reason for knocking down a star is because I requested a different table due to there being a massive family sitting nearby waiter said he was unable to allocate another table, restaurant was not busy and there was plenty of other tables which I understand they want everyone in one specific place but it is really not that difficult to have allowed us a table 2 meters away from where we were sitting. In the Birmingham branch they do allow you to choose seating when it is not busy so I know that it is not a specific rule of the restaurant. I just feel that it is okay to make such a small accommodation for customers when they are paying a lot of money for the food etc."

First class restaurant. We went there for a celebratory dinner. There were 18 of us. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. So happy with everything. You will not be disappointed, a real treat. Highly recommended

The food at this restaurant was disappointing. The chops were tough and cold, and overall not very tasty. I had high expectations given its reputation, but unfortunately, the meal was quite spicy and not enjoyable.

The service at this restaurant was very poor. Our starters were served on time, but we had to wait 45 minutes for our main course after finishing them. We were only a couple, so the long wait was unacceptable. It was clear that the waiter serving us had completely forgotten about our table.

I visited the restaurant for the second time today and once again, the food was amazing. However, I was disappointed with the cold customer service. I dined alone and felt like I had to constantly remind the staff about missing items. When I came with friends previously, the staff was excellent, but today's experience left me dissatisfied. After finishing my meal, I waited 20 minutes just to receive the bill with no staff checking in on customers. The taste of the food is top-notch, but they need to improve their customer service and learn how to properly treat and greet people. They should be more attentive to their customers.
