"Very disappointing. Waited a while to be served and veg looked quite unappetising. Beef was very fatty and hard to eat. Vegetables were OK but not very hot. When I was asked if my meal was OK I said the meat was fatty. I was told that beef was always fatty. When I disagreed the waitress said she would speak to the chef. She returned to say that they would not charge for my meat. We also had to try three salt cellars before finding one that worked as they were damp so all the holes were blocked. I was charged £1.75 less for my meal. Will think twice before returning."

Eat. Staff all work hard and polite Enjoy a super hot meal. Only on the bottom was the size of the queue, but only to be expected on Sunday noon

Not long to wait for table. Quick service at bar. Friendly staff. Que for carvery went down quickly. Food was hot and tasty. Service good. No waiting for the bill.

It is an easy place to find staff were excellent and helpful but found food to be poor had the carvery and not much choice in vegetables and some of roast potatoes were too salty

Much improved food. Nadia our server was very friendly and polite. Not comfortable with 6 adults in a booth and we were very easily changed to a round table without problems. Will go again.

The meal was not very appetizing as we had to wait for 5 minutes for the food to be served. By the time the food arrived, it was cold. We decided to skip the Yorkshire puddings as they were too hard to cut into.
