had all had a great meal enjoyed their choice of meat they brought?

good food and good service the restaurant was full and very busy with people who have a good 50% discount on the offer great?

veg had dried up and not very hot i have been to the Toby numerous time this was the worst visit yet it will not put me off going again

Good service food was lovely even had fresh Mac and cheese when asked for it disappointed with the pudding selection didn’t have a lot ok the menu

eating was nice and hot as we like it. there was a very good selection of vegetables. our drinks orders were delivered to the table soon after our arrival, while we got our food. good service

Been going to this place for years and have always praised the food Tonight at the time of eating the Carvery food looked tired and tasted that way also The carver looked scruffy and had little personality. He needs to put some effort in when serving his customers

We use the Toby at Streetly whenever we re in the area and have always found it to be excellent value. However, on this occasion, whilst the Beef was excellent the roast potatoes were too hard to cut, the cabbage and cauliflower was barely cooked. The music was too loud and not really suitable for such a venue making it difficult to have a conversation.

First and foremost the waiter greeted us thinking we had walked in off the street, l tried in vain to explain it was a reservation and l said that we had ordered a seat by a window,he did find a seat by a window for us but there was no Reserved on the table. We also noticed that he asked everyone else if they were alright after been seated but not us we also beckoned him three times for our bill and he gave us the answer l will be with you in a minute the food was good not hot but luke warm l don't normally consume red meat only turkey but customer's whom asked for all four meats got more on their plates than the person asking for turkey only in which case only got three small slices which l...

The beef was dripping in blood which made everything on plate taste like blood so i only ate under half of food. I complained about the gravy it was like coloured water so we were told to wait 10 minutes whike more was prepared . When it came out it was not much better. By then our food was ice cold, no offers made by staff to reheat food or tell us to get fresh food. My 16 year old daughter refused to eat her food it was so cold and tasted disgusting. I told the waiter he took her plate away. My 13 year old son was so hungry he ate 3/4 of his, but complained of stomach ache within minutes of eating.
