Tomahawk Steakhouse

Food was spot on. Really nice sides (it wasn’t just about the steaks). Staff were really good. Had the right balance of seeing we were ok, without harassing us. Best Tomahawk we’ve visited.

Sorry guys its only 3 stars this time. We are long time customers since this opened. This is the 3rd review I’ve done. The Sunday lunch and Steaks as usual were lovely. Unfortunately after taking our orders and delivering a round of drinks we were ignored for an hour. The staff just seemed uninterested

We were a party of four for lunch and all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, choosing from the three courses for £20 which was excellent value with a good selection to choose from. The front of house staff were welcoming, helpful, patient and on the ball with customer service, friendly people and a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely return.

This is the second time we 've been here, again with mixed results and I won 't be going a third time. It was my sons 21st birthday, a big occasion, so we wanted a memorable evening. We, they definitely succeeded. The steaks on the sharing board were only half edible, we asked for medium rare, it was barely rare in the middle of each steak, like chewing raw flesh.

for the night, room was excellent and quality for the price, the service and welcome from anyone who works there is 5 stars, I had problems parking, but the administration had it sorted within 10 minutes, meals were nice considering that the steaks were expensive, we have spent more on a night spent in couples on taxis and drinking without meal, well worth every penny management

we made a night for our jubilee. eating was just sensational. our starter of the bauch schwein was beautiful, we had the Sharing plate for our most important steaks cooked to perfection and the garnel were from this world. we have also pushed out the boat and the half added a lobster-wow and desserts. well, yes, yes! the service was amazing of the minute we went into the minute we went. we have booked the suite for the night and it was amazing the bathroom was literally 5 stars service on its best. we will be p. s. breakfast next day incl. in the room price was also incredible!

We stayed overnight and had an excellent visit. Our room was large and comfortable and great value for money. Dinner was superb. We started by treating ourselves to cocktails which were very good. For main course we shared the Chateaubriand which was delicious and perfectly cooked. Our four side orders were all very tasty. After a good night’s sleep we enjoyed a great breakfast. The service throughout our stay was top quality. Unfortunately on leaving we found that our car had a flat tyre. The staff were very hospitable and helpful while we waited for the breakdown company to arrive. I am 75 years old and have been in hundreds of restraunts and this is the first time I have complained about a restraunt. The food was not all that bad to be fair however the service was terrible. I was in a room with three other separate families and they all were complaining about the waiting time for an order and left before completing their meals. I waited two hours and ten minutes to receive our order and my grandaughter had recieved and eaten her meal half an hour beforehand. When asking staff where our food was they said they would check and they just disappeared. It wasn't as though the restraunt was full as there were several empty tables and there were lots of waiters. Just a total...

Had a brilliant overnight stay at Potto, great customer service from checking in to checking out. We arrived earlier than planned and the restaurant was really busy but the guy who checked us in found us a table non the less. We enjoyed a gin a beer and bottle of wine with some food. We had a table booked later on for dinner so just shared a selection of starters tapas style. Our room (5) was beautifully decorated and immaculate, as was the ensuite. Excellent value at under £50 as it was a Sunday night. After a rest shower wandered down for a couple of drinks before dinner. Great choice of beers, gins cocktails.
