Great food in a lovely decorated pub, served by a young lady called Toyah who was superbly attentive. Will definitely return 10/10

The meals served after await of approx. 1.5 hrs were absolutely terrible. 7 in our party all complained. Eventually we received a full refund. And left the premises. Never to return.

We held a post funeral wake here, the buffet and selection of food was excellent, Doreen and her staff were all very helpful, they also catered for the vegetarians in the group, would recommend for any function Visualizza piatti

A group of us come regularly to have a meal and drinks, every time the staff have been very friendly and accommodating, couldnt fault the food, everything we have ever had has been very good and excellent value. Really enjoyable pub.

We had 5 fab fresh Sunday beef dinners here everything tasted so good you could tell it was fresh and not microwave rubbish The whole place was a credit to the landlord and the whole team. All where friendly and professional even taking the time to joke around with the kids and made them feel so welcome All round excellent we will be back

I've been here several times now, the food and service is usually really good. However, on this day they were very busy short staffed. The table next to us the table of 7, review below , ate all their meals. Then embarrassed themselves by kicking off with the young waitress, then the landlady. Insisting on a full refund. I'm all for if the food is rubbish AND YOU DON'T EAT IT, request a refund. But don't eat the whole meal then complain. Visualizza piatti

We finally tried this pub after numerous of occasions passing it whilst out and about! We wanted a proper pub lunch on a Sunday dinnertime and that's what we got. With having an 11 year old who is in between having a child's and adults meal, we were pleased to see they had sandwiches and baguettes. Myself and my son both decided on baguettes with a side portion of chips with my partner having a jacket potato. We weren't disappointed. Pleasantly surprised! Great service, great atomsphere with the added bonus of lit fires which on a cold November day made our day. Keep up the good work!

Well lovely clean pub Pint carling pricey but a nice pint Food Well if you like burnt food then this is the place to eat Chips burnt Steak Well done more like cremated glad I asked for medium lol Mushrooms think they must have finely sliced us 1 each If chef made effort to ensure food was cooked and not burnt it would have probably a great meal but due to probably not caring about the food he serves it was all over done or burnt never have I seen such a over cooked fried egg on a mix grill as for my my steak and surf I got 4 small prawn I know food is not cheap to buy but so they can afford more than 4 prawn so safe to say we won't try another meal in this pub

Quite possibly the worst meal I've had in a pub. Firstly, few people in our family group got their first choice no fish, no skinny fries, no steak, pretty much only leaving burger or pie as an option from the main menu. When the food arrived, the burgers didn't come with onion rings as stated on the menu. No mention of this when the burgers were served we had to ask where they were and the only response was they didn't have any, no offer of a price reduction. The burgers were burnt, the chips were dreadful, like they'd been cooked days ago and reheated. The pie had minimal filling and the pastry was rock hard. If I'd cooked those meals at home, I'd be disappointed to have paid full price for... Visualizza piatti
