Good food, nice wine, and a very nice ambience for an airport hotel, together with extremely helpful staff. Small, but very comfortable bar area.

Good: Plenty of room at early dinner, fast service to take order and bring food, convenient when staying in the hotel. Poor: Service after the food delivered, mediocre food, high prices.

I found the restaurant (and bar) to be extremely overpriced. I also thought it was pretty cheeky adding a ten percent service charge to bring me some ice cream from a couple of metres away. The ice cream itself was flavourless and extremely disappointing.

The restaurant was fine, service good. smallish menu, food good prices a bit high perhaps for families. A 10% service charge is added. Smallish wine list but a good standard. Not a restaurant for a special occasion but fine for travellers passing through.

The meal was actually pretty good. We were a group of five, including a small child, and the staff took good care of us. Despite there being a lot of staff around, the service was a bit slow because they were not in the kitchen. Since we didn't have a car, we decided to eat in the airport area and were satisfied with our meal.

I honestly didn't have high expectations for a restaurant in an airport hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and friendly staff. I ordered the parsnip soup with warm bread, followed by the King prawn penne pasta. While the dishes were not exceptional, they were still satisfying comfort food. I did feel that they could have used a bit more seasoning. The restaurant offers a variety of deals, such as a two-course dinner for two for 39.99GBP, which includes a glass of wine for each person. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at the restaurant.

We stayed at the HI before our flight. Since we didn't have a car, we had to dine at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was not very busy, so we were seated promptly. The menu had a wide variety of options. The staff inquired about any food allergies we had, and the chef even came to our table to recommend suitable dishes. It was a nice touch. The food was served hot and fresh, although it wasn't particularly outstanding. It was decent but forgettable. The prices were a bit high, but being without transportation at the hotel, they could charge whatever they wanted. Overall, it was a basic but acceptable experience. The service, however, was excellent.

I have stayed here more than half a dozen times in the past year and have never been disappointed. Although a bit on the pricey side, especially for steak, the food is very well presented, cooked correctly and of good quality; I have never had a bad steak here. Not much for vegetarians however, but loads for meat and fish lovers. Service is fairly good although inexperienced staff do sometimes need guidance (as to what whole grain mustard is for example). This was only a minor point although was a little disappointing that despite serving a fine steak the only mustard available was that awful American stuff!
