"We made a reservation here after seeing the restaurant listed in a Top 10 places to have Bistecca Fiorentina. When we arrived, we were greeted and immediately brought to our table. That’s where the great service ended. We sat waiting at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the table. All the servers kept walking by and looked at us, but no one stopped. By then we had the menus stacked and were trying to make eye contact with anyone who would notice it took a while . After someone finally came by and we placed our order, the food took forever to arrive. We ordered the inclusive meal €39 pp which came with charcuterie, bistecca, potatoes, and bottled water. We also ordered a moderately priced bottle of wine and two mixed insalatas because we wanted something green why not include it in the package deal? . Overall, the meal was just average. The bistecca was flavorful but much of it was grisely and difficult to chew. Then it took forever to get our check we had to ask three different people and then we waited forever until someone came to take our card. We finally figured out we had to pay up front, but no one told us. This was by far the most expensive meal we’ve had on our trip and definitely not worth the $200+ price tag for 3 people."

eating, ribeye was fantastic, almost the best everywhere. server suggested some weeping to go with the meal. I chose the brunello di montalcino reserva 2013. the server said it was €110 when I received the bill, it was €180. I would never pay so much for a bottle of wine. it was a chip, even the lower amount to pay. Luckily, the manager was available and was ready to correct the bill. sometimes it is worth looking at the bill accurately.
