Alla ricerca di una bella trattoria con deliziosi piatti di pesce...abbiamo trovato questo bel posto con personale molto cordiale e ci siamo goduti del buon cibo e una piacevole atmosfera...

The atmosphere of the place is very authentic Tuscan, the food is just fantastic. The staff is also very kind, friendly and helpful the chef even helped us to choose what to eat : . We really recommend a visit here!

Sono venuto qui per affari e sono cenato qui da solo letteralmente come ero l'unico cliente! Tuttavia la calda insalata di pesce seguita da tagliatelle con porcini non poteva essere più fresca o più saporita. Come altri recensori, mi sorprende che non ci siano più persone qui. This is a great restaurant, very unassuming but serving fantastic seafood, all homemade with great service. The menu is simple but beautiful, the options we had were superb. Located just outside of the sea front,it should be very much on anyone's itinerary and worth the few extra paces away from the expected Loved it.

Un delizioso ristorante fuori dai soliti percorsi. Ogni sera, Maide e suo marito, Marcello, presentano un menu limitato, con 3 antipasti, 3 primi piatti e 3 secondi piatti, tutti a base di pesce fresco locale. Maide prepara piatti tradizionali e innovativi, appena pescati. Il ristorante è piuttosto grande e recentemente ristrutturato con colori caldi tipici della Toscana. Da provare assolutamente se sei a Viareggio e vuoi assaporare una cena di pesce fatta in casa.

Abbiamo mangiato qui la nostra quinta notte a Viareggio dopo alcune cene dove il cibo o il servizio non erano perfetti. In questo luogo sia il cibo che il servizio sono perfetti, è una bella squadra marito e moglie che serve cibo appena cucinato da un menu corto che cambia ogni giorno. Abbiamo avuto antipasti di pasta di pesce che erano deliziosi e ottimi corsi principali. Non è il posto più atmosferico, ma se si può andare oltre le luci luminose e musica a scacchi, si avrà un pasto eccellente. V buon valore anche. Visualizza piatti

An unassuming trattoria in a not particularly pretty part of town but well Worth a visit. Clean cheerful interior but the best thing about it is the quality of the food. Imaginative fish dishes, best quality ingredients obviously cooked with passion. We had marvellous tiny lightly fried whitebait as an appetiser, great modules, octopus soup, fabulous baked cod with thinly sliced potatoes and the puddings were to die for. Relaxed delicious in pretentious wholesome dining. We will return. Apparently their meat is fabulous too.

Pasto meraviglioso. Insalata con frutti di mare e verdure. Spaghetti ai frutti di mare, dessert di pesche cotte nel Chianti con gelato. Vedendo il piatto al tavolo del vicino, sono rimasto leggermente deluso nel non trovare una crema bruciata dentro, ma questo dessert era delizioso. Questo ristorante merita una visita. Lo chef esce e può spiegare in inglese cosa significa il menu italiano. Ottimo vino anche. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Vale la pena fare una visita qui. Il contrario di un buon ristorante frequentato sul lungomare ieri. Peccato che probabilmente molte persone non si prendano la briga di fare una passeggiata un po' più lunga. We tried this restaurant for lunch based on reviews saying the food is great and reasonably priced. Our experience was the opposite. The restaurant has lots of tables, we were the only ones, already a red flag. We ordered “cacciucco” a typical fish dish from coastal Tuscany. The fish was fresh but it was little and mainly mussels, not typical for cacciucco, and the owner had not told us that before we ordered. Later the owner asked us how it was, we told him how we felt, his response was kind of rude. Not encouraged to try another dish we just got dessert.
