Is a good place to start the journey through the hotel. And you do went to the restaurant. The restaurant is well done indeed of the quality and beverage products as well. The concern is about the very slow response to presenting your orders. It took time to have your order ready and I do mean it’s literally hours

Ich musste mich unbedingt einloggen und die neuen Barkeeper dafür loben, dass sie einen erstaunlichen Aperol-Sprirz mit einer verdrehten roten Grapefruit als Schlüsselwort entwickelt hatten. Ein Besuch wert, auch wenn nur dafür. Wir hatten dort ein Geschäftsessen und so sehr wir das Essen genossen haben, diesen Cocktail! ! ! ??

Tse Fung enttäuscht immer wieder, es ist ehrlich gesagt lecker! Die Umgebung ist intim und eine echte Flucht aus der Stadt. Unser Kellner Angelos war nett und machte den Fluss des Abendessens einwandfrei. Ich würde die gebratenen Schweinerippchen und Muscheln mit gedämpften Brötchen zum Teilen sowie das Dim Sum aus Rindfleisch und Pfeffer empfehlen beide sind ein Traum.

We were recommended the jade menu, and it is a very good choice! The food was very good, from starters to desert! Some dishes exceptionally tasty! But considering the price, and standing, there few points which require improvement. The place itself needs a remake, its old and to dark, specially at lunch, hopefully we weren't to far from the windows... There was also clearly some dust cleaning needed (we could write our name on the biombo squares). The service and staff was very helpful! And in the end it was worth it! Especially if you have the extra cash!

Overall a must try experience, however, a few comments and recommendations. Would pass on the suggested menu course. We opted for the diamond menu and some dim sum items on the menu. If we ever make another trip to Geneva, I would try Le Tse Fung again and order the following: duck (1 way) so you get more meat for the peking duck, the 2 way option left you with minimal meat to wrap, and it mostly was just the duck skin. The duck skin was crispy just like a potato chip. Order the wonton soup, some dim sum items, the signature red rice wrap, fried rice and the two desserts to share.

What a disappointment, we were delighted to discover an Asian star and there we were only entitled to the price of the star but not to the taste quality unfortunately Everything was banal, an almost bland and tasteless soup, as for their Peking duck dish, eating fat with skin with rice cakes and cucumber, we even made some kind of fajitas that didn't look like anything, everything is too salty and no decorated plate In short, at no time did we fall into ecstasy over a dish, visually then taste-wise. A simple mango soup for dessert Frankly, their diamond menu at €188 should be avoided at all costs

I’ve taken the time to write this because things have changed in this restaurant. Starting that the very famous peking duck. They show it to different tables and then bring a different one from the kitchen (before used to be cut in front of the clients). Very obvious is not the one you’re eating. I usually ordered the red rice prawns rolls, I ordered twice, they keep forgetting the sauce that comes along, I had to ask twice. The wine takes a lot of time to come. Food starter arrived before the wine. Is this normal in a one start Michelin restaurant? . We ordered a good Bordeaux but it was a shame to be so late, in the middle of the meal. I’m very disappointed. It has lost the shine of years...
