Absolutely brilliant bottomless brunch. Cocktails are to die for! Service is amazing. Really great value for money

Had a lovely meal today and our waitress was lovely but I did not catch her name. Had the jerk chicken and my husband had the beefburger.

Amazing atmosphere and service. Our waiter Samm made our night service with a smile and very polite. Food and drinks top notch. Lovely night for our wedding anniversary. Thank you

Husband took me for my birthday, we have been a few times before but this time not great . Our first drinks fine then order A few more as on bottomless brunch then next drink was a mock tail which did not order and my drink didn’t come . Booked at table at 3pm for bottomless brunch..got seated at 3:15 to be told we were late! Then told we could not order any drinks after 5..ordered our first cocktails..still no drinks at 3:40..both tables at either side were being very rude to our server but still got drinks before us! We told her we were leaving..she offered us a free bottle of fizz and free food..we were still not happy so walked out..very disappointed because we go to turtle bay a lot..never had such bad service!!!

A disappointing visit that started when we were seated next to cleaning products that had been left in the dining area stank. We asked to move fedback that the products should not have been left in that area. I attempted to order a draught Red Stripe beer only to be informed that there was no draught beer available why!! We then ordered a mixed sharing platter that arrived with our mains. Again why? The manager came over, apologised took away our mains. We insisted that they be freshly cooked. This was accommodated. The actual meals were of good quality, otherwise this would have been a 1 star review. Very disappointing as our recent visits to the Bath Norwich restaurants were very good. Mus...

Booked bottomless brunch 3-5pm, ordered cocktails at 3pm they didn't come until 325, it did get quicker after that. The drinks weren't great, there was 5 of us and none of us really liked the cocktails, not sure if it's because they are all rum based with it been a Cuban bar. We were only given 3 menus but all the cocktails are listed on the menu so we needed one each, i asked for more menus they never arrived. I ordered the chicken burger, there was hardly any chicken in it and the breadcrumb bit was hard. Asked for mayo and ketchup, that never came. If you're busy what not just put sauces on the table.
