"Everything about this restaurant is wonderful. The food was amazing, beautifuly spiced without being overdone. I had the eggplant salad (divine!), perfectly marinated chicken kebabs, and a lovely green sald with sunflower seeds and a tart dressing. Yum. My friends had the lamb tagine and it was beautifuly prepared and seasoned, arrived at the table piping hot with homemade pita. I was lucky enough to have a taste, and next time that is what I will order (with the eggplant, of course). The desserts were equally fabulous. Lovely sorbets with Mediterranean flavorings, unusual but very tasty and refreshing. All the sorbets were served with a small pastry--one a crunchy version of a sugar cookie, one with dates, and another with sesame seeds. More yum. And I haven't even talked about the wine the owner recommended--went perfectly with the meal--or the nice decor--or how friendly and helpful the owner and cooks were helping us make our choices. And best of all, the price was fair, well below what I am used to paying for a comparable meal in the UK or the USA. Go try it, you'll be glad you did."

"We came at 2 a noon with our little dog, we were very welcome, with the smile and kindness of the owners. It's all home and it feels like it. We had a good time and everything was really good from beginning to end. Flavours and spices very well doved, good entries, tender and good meat, good tea, good pastries. We'll come back to taste the rest. We recommend it."

"But what a pleasure !! lunch in this well ventilated brewery of the district of Saint Assiscle in Perpignan, very kind service, and this dish of the day this Wednesday, simple but carefully prepared, copied : 2 pins of chicken breast, grilled, melting and seasoned to perfection, salad, and finally the fries of MAISON cooked at this moment. All presented on a square plate, with a small bouquet of spinach on a tomato coulis and garnished with a cherry tomato. Not really for 11 euros only. But who can do better? I recommend you arrive early, or book, the right addresses are rare."

"Thanks to previous reviews we tried this place yesterday. The dining room has a great ambiance and feels very Italian. Service was friendly and very efficient. It was busy for a mid week lunchtime but we had made a reservation. Great menu at sensible prices with decent wine list too. Our food was excellent. We will be sure to return.Most main dishes were between 8 and 12 Euro. My wife had the risotto special with mushroom, garlic and truffles which was 22. The portion size is very good too."

"A funny little restaurant where it feels you ar eating in the front room of a house not a restaurant.The service was very friendly and our waitress very attentive and keen to take our order in excellent English.We ordered burgers, and what burgers they were! Original ingredients, perfectly cooked, just great. This was one of the best burgers that I've ever tried."
