"Last night, we decided to dine at this restaurant as other options were closed due to the late hour. We ordered 2 chicken and donner kebabs, 2 pizzas, and 3 pieces of chicken with chips. The total bill came to over 30 pounds. Unfortunately, none of the dishes were edible except for the chips. The meat was unidentifiable and had a repulsive smell. We decided to throw it all away as we were afraid of getting sick if we ate it. The yogurt sauce was sour and the salad was unwashed. It's puzzling how this restaurant manages to stay in business without being shut down. I strongly advise anyone thinking of eating at this kebab shop in Great Yarmouth to avoid it as the food is simply disgusting."

Can honestly say this was a lovely meal, turned up piping hot and cooked really well. We had 5 empty plates. Will definitely order from here again and would definitely recommend

The food we have had from this takeaway has been very good however it has arrived lukewarm on a couple of occasions. A different method of transporting food to ensure is hot when it arrives.

The pizza arrived in just 20 minutes! The delivery was super fast, especially considering the late hour. The pizza was decent and loaded with cheese, but slightly undercooked - could have used an extra 5 minutes in the oven. Overall, the service was excellent and the food quality was great!

Not only was the food almost 2 hrs late and cold and just plain gross they left off half our order and when we phoned to complain and ask for the money bk for food we didnt get they twice promised to bring it bk but never came. Awful food awful costumer service never again i will complain to the holiday park about them too.

Kebab meat dry but the worst element was the fact no salad and no garlic sauce as requested. I got the food back to the hotel room to find neither present . Two choices leave hotel to highlight the lack of salad or eat and sleep as planned. Sleep chosen. Sorry staff were nice but got it wrong badly. Make your own judgement on why? Visualizza piatti

I entered this restaurant late one evening and ordered a small doner kebab after confirming they were still open. They assured me it would not be an issue. However, I was dismayed when I saw an employee pick up a dirty rag from the floor to clean the hot plate for frying. Despite being ignored for 10 minutes and seeing no progress on my order, I left quickly. I eventually found a different restaurant on the left-hand side of Regent Street, which was satisfactory.

I never ever slate a business or leave review but I always try and give them a fair chance with the food to see if they have redeem their selves but the food is just appalling, chips are stale, re heated and cold!!! the pizzas stick to the box and undercooked! I would grumble over a “dirty kebab order” but I still would like edible food regardless, wasted so much money here it’s ridiculous! Should of been shut down when they got questioned for rat droppings.... LAST AND FINAL time!

"An exceptionally unique dining experience! Our holiday companion booked Pamela’s for dinner and we were unsure of what to expect, however we were assured of good quality food and a great experience and we certainly were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were shown to a table in the lounge, provided with the menus and ordered drinks. Service is exceptionally professional and friendly from arrival to departure. The decor is most unique and very fun to take in. The upstairs dining room is more casual and I loved watching the chefs in the open kitchen. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Our vegetarian diner was slightly limited for choice and there was a blip with the main course, however it was handled and recovered very well (we were unaware when booking, however we have now been advised to phone ahead a minimum of 24-hours and special meal arrangements can be made in advance for vegetarian meals). The fish cakes and miso Salmon were very delicious and cooked to perfection. The duck legs had crispy skin, moist meat and a tasty accompanying Orzo pasta. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Pamela’s for a delicious meal with 5* service. Vegetarian options: Recommended to advise the restaurant a minimum of 24-hours in advance. There were 2 starters and 1 main course (featuring pasta on all dishes) on the a la carte menu, however if you call in advance then arrangements can be made."

"We booked the rest restaurant for 5:30pm to have dinner (2 adults and 2 young children). When we arrived, the waitress took our name and booking details and asked us to wait until the table was ready. We waited, waited, and waited for the waitress to return 15minutes on, and making conversation with other guests who looked frustrated at also waiting around, we were taken to our table at the back. Our kids were starving, so we immediately placed the order for starters, mains AND drinks together. The drinks were taking a long time to arrive, so my wife gave the kids water from their beaker water bottle. Our drinks arrived after 20mins from ordering, and asking for them twice. The restaurant was quite busy, but we could see that there were lots of other guests trying to catch the attention of the staff members, and could hear arguments on the other end of the restaurant. After an hour, our starters had still not arrived, so my wife asked how long it would be. The waitress said she would go check and come back. After 15minutes, I asked another waitress to give us an update. The waitress came back and said that our starters were being cooked and would be out in 10minutes we sighed relief, and told our kids that food was coming. We realised that food was clearly taking a long time to cook, so said to the waitress to bring our starters and mains together, rather than waiting around we had plans onwards, and it had been over an hour already since placing the order. After another 20minutes, we asked the waitress where our starters were, as she had said it was 10minutes away. This time, a very rude (manager) came to our table and said that our starters were at the back of the queue, as we had asked for the starters to be brought with the mains! This was absolutely pathetic, and we mentioned that our kids were starving, as it had been 90minutes since placing our order. The manager said that this is normal and offered us complimentary prawn crackers (but charged us for the dips, which we later realised). After another 45minutes and seeing other guests arguing about the same issue, we saw comfort that we weren 't the only ones in this mess. Our kids were starving so ate the prawn crackers in a hurry. When the food arrived, it was bedtime for the kids, so we asked for the bill and takeaway boxes. The bill arrived with a 10% service charge and additional cost for the complimentary prawn crackers. I asked the waitress to deduct the 10% service charge and queried the complimentary prawn crackers, and if there was anything they could do by way of discount for the lengthy delay. The rude manager came out and started shouting at us, saying that he doesn 't like families with young children in his fancy restaurant, and he cannot offer a discount as we would be leaving a negative review. I couldn 't believe he was saying this almost bullying us into leaving a positive review! Our kids were crying, so I said to give me the card machine for me to pay using AMEX. The manager said that they don 't accept AMEX, but I highlighted that he 's got a AMEX sign outside the door. Infact, he was using a AMEX wallet in which the receipt came. He was very offensive and said that it 's his business and he can do what he wants photos of the AMEX sign outside uploaded. I would avoid visiting this restaurant and I would suggest Trading Standards look into how this man operates a business very rudely."
