"I was visiting stratford and came across this place. It was late so decided to go in with not much hope, it turned out to be one of the best indian/bengali restaurants I have been to in the UK. Everything from the starters to the mains was absolutely delicious . The food came fresh and smelled amazing. They took good care of us and made sure we were look after. I am definitely going to visit again and recommend anyone visiting stratford to try this. You will not regret it."

The curry was not as described. There was no attempt to put this right, albeit we did point this out. As per the many previous reviews on this site the staff are rude, absolutely zero customer service and borderline aggressive! Never Again!

Usha takeaway was OK but nothing special, chicken was slightly chewy food not as good as our usual Stratford holiday let Indian takeaway Aladdin, which was closed, sorry wasn't blown away by Usha, next time will return to our favourite making sure it's not on a Monday as that's their day off. First visited in July whilst on a break from North Devon and found the food absolutely outstanding. Our second visit this week (eagerly anticipated) proved that first visit was not the exception. Another fantastic meal. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back next year. Thank you.

We were surprised at the food here as it had really good reviews. Some of us liked their choices (2) but 3 others were disappointed. Food tasted nice but there are better places in this area that suit our tastes. without sounding harsh we wont be going back but its worth a try . Please get some new carpets they don't add to the ambiance.
