We even saw them bringing in bags from the island while we were eating! The curry featured some unusual vegetables, such as broccoli and peeled baby corn, which made the dish bland and watery. Overall, it felt like a letdown."

Gandhis in Kennington didn't disappoint. Fabulous food, lovely restaurant, clean facilities. Maybe missing the complimentary Tia Maria with the Bill but overall a great new find and will be returning.

The food consisted of generic bulk produced sauces with quite scary red food colouring . Nothing other than the chapati seemed freshly cooked. The only enjoyable food was the coconut rice and popadoms. The staff were pleasant but difficult to describe this as service . Disappointing .

Having been regulars at Ghandis when we used to live round the corner 15 years ago, we returned for a nostalgic dinner. Excellent Indian food (particularly the dhall) and super friendly staff were just as we remembered the restaurant has been given a brightening up facelift since we were there last which just added to the experience.
