I have sadly watched 28 go from being a nice friendly restaurant serving good food to a cafe that is only interested in its handful of regulars and its clubs. We have now tried to get a table on 3 occasions for lunch and curtly been told no room. Only so many times il accept this and finally we will take our regular custom to more welcoming venues. Im sure they wont miss us as they dont seem interested this past year or so.

We enjoyed a Sunday lunch today. The staff are very good, food a cut above the average and the atmosphere very pleasant .
