the hotel was completely rebuilt and rebuilt before shorter time. there is now a generous recipe, a beautiful ambiente and tasty eating. the hotel is centrally located, parking is available in a large selection. the personal is always helpful and nice.

Were there for a private occasion. The staff, especially the waiter, is very arrogant and absolutely inflexible. Ice would give, this could only be set up for two of the 13 guests, all the others went out empty, the two ice portions would have been allegedly exception. For a hotel restaurant of this price class very embarrassing.It followed rude and disrespectful comments, also towards the older guests, whose concerns were commented and ignored with the words “worse waiters”.The food was ok, for the price we would have expected something better.The criticism was mainly directed at the waiter, the two young waiters were probably very friendly.

In our estimation, this is truly a 5-star restaurant in all respects: food, wines, ambiance and service. We generally don't eat in the same place two nights in a row, but after such a fabulous dinner the first night, we just had to go back to try other dishes.To start, they serve warm bread with 2 different spreads: a tomato aoli and an herbed cheese. Then a small appetizer about 2 bites in size, but oh so delicious! The first night, we had the carrot curry mouse soup and the potato blini with chanterelles followed by the Meppener Spieß (pork tenderloin) and the saddle of lamb.
