Waffle Jack's - Piatti

This was our second visit to the restaurant. The waffles were excellent, and the kids really enjoyed them. We also tried the delicious bagels. The lovely couple who owns and runs the place are very friendly and welcoming.

I visited this restaurant for the first time on May 25th and was thoroughly impressed. The menu was authentic, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Whenever I visit my daughter in nearby Morden, I always eagerly anticipate having breakfast at this restaurant. The staff provides a warm and welcoming service, and the waffles, pancakes, and maple syrup are fresh and delicious. The coffee is excellent as well. The reservation system could possibly be reconsidered in favor of a first-come, first-served approach, but it seems to be effective for them as the restaurant is always bustling with customers. The service and hospitality at this restaurant are incredible. I will definitely be returning. The staff is extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming. The interactive tables are great for both children and adults, especially for those with additional needs such as Autism and ADHD. The food is delicious, a perfect 10/10. The atmosphere and decor are fun and quirky, with rock and roll music adding to the experience. My son didn't want to leave and actually asked if we could live here.

There are so many things that contribute towards this being such a great place for a family meal. Cool furnishings and funky pieces decorating the walls, awesome interactive touch screen tables to keep the kids amused during courses, fantastic menu choice and top quality food to back it up. But by far and away the most impressive thing about this place is the service. Nothing is too much trouble. You genuinely feel looked after and like the owners really do care about your experience.

We hired Waffle Jack’s American Diner today for a photoshoot and videoshoot. From the start, they were brilliant with the booking. When we arrived Stephan Adele the owners were so lovely and accommodating. They made sure we were fed, and looked after from 9am to 5pm. The diner was so perfect for our shoots and the end results look fantastic. We had a little taster of a milkshake, toastie veggie burger and they were all so tasty. I was initially drawn to it because of the cool American decor, but was bowled over with the incredibly kind, friendly service and tasty, high quality food. My daughter enjoyed a hot dog and chips really yummy and not greasy! I wanted something lighter so they made me a delicious chicken salad. The waffles were incredible, and they offer different potion sizes ideal if you just want a small dessert. We felt the prices were good value for the quality, service and ambience. Will definitely be back and next time will book one of the interactive games tables they looked so much fun!! Thank you for a great night and making us feel so welcome!

A group of seven of us visited this restaurant after a running race. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and seated promptly. The table was cleared quickly and our coffees were served promptly. The food order was taken in a friendly and efficient manner, and our dishes arrived promptly and were delicious. However, the standout was the exceptional service we received - some of the best I've experienced in a long time. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Definitely worth a visit, even if you don't live nearby. If you're passing through and looking for great food served with incredible service, this place is a must-visit.
