Wagamama - Menu

Still sitting waiting for mains. Everything served so far is over cooked and unpleasant. Wagamama you used to be good!!!!!!

It’s a shame aboit some of the recent poor reviews as we visited tonight (Saturday) and I could not fault the service or food. Vie were looked after by Charlie and some of his colleagues who were all very polite and attentive.

ordered an excerpt from wagamama, as was released today from the hospital. telephoned and said I didn't know how long I would be, how long I would wait for medication, but it wouldn't be as important as it was cold at that time. more

we took our child with a heavy nuts and sesame allergy. the food was really good and enjoyed by all. but never have our needs better understood or looked after by a big team, although it was Saturday night and they were thrown away from their feet. well done!

Wagamama was very busy. This was a birthday treat for my Grandson. We had to queue for at least minutes until a table was free. The food was excellent and the service was good despite the restaurant being very full. I would recommend to friends and family who haven’t already had the Wagamama experience.

Came here with 4 friends for some early lunch , and were greeted with blank stares not very accommodating . Throughout our experience, there was no sense of hospitality. Staff seemed bored and miserable. I was rather upset to have some meals slammed down on the table. Luckily, the food was somewhat satisfactory and decent portion sizes. Just let down by the lack of welcoming and positive interaction and service.

Three members of staff walked past us to socialise with their friends on the table next to us. Wouldn’t have minded if one of them actually took our order and not wait for me to have to ask one of them to serve us on their way to their mates table to catch up. We then waited ages for the drinks. Wasn’t a great experience they had loads of staff but all but one were more interested in messing around with their friends then you know doing the job they were being paid to do.

I visited my son for birthday. Although they normally do not accept bookings that I have explained on the phone that my sohn was autistic and not very well to wait and deal with busy social situations, but ramen is his favorite and he would like to visit for his special occasion, christian the floor manager was so helpful on the phone, he helped me to book a table and explained that if I went to the top of the waiting for him. this was such a great help for us, as eating sometimes can be difficult, christian even pumped from the table to say hi and make sure everything was in order. the care has made my sons all night. he is a credit to the team and deserves lob for his excellent customer se...

An incredibly frustrating experience. Being amongst so much chaos and seemingly inexperience of how to work in a restaurant displayed by most staff. The queue being around the corner outside of the restaurant yet seeing staff wondering around inside and a minimum of 10 available seats at all times it took us 35 minutes to be seated. Another 15 to be acknowledged by AB to place an order of whom I had to wave at him as he wandered around. The drinks didn’t come for some while a tap water and green tea isn’t really a big ask.
