"After a strenuous hike at the hotel, after several times the owner was at the office. We didn't understand, so we tried to get the phone number written, which succeeded us after about 20 minutes. She has informed us that she is not there and the key is deposited in an outdoor dresser, drinks are available. That was great. In the courtyard is a great garden we could also use. The next morning we met the owner. No one imagines and no excuses. Too bad that the drinks were not excellent with a price were very expensive.Breakfast was good only the service and the kindness left to wish."

The property is okay. My room had a shared bathroom. I knew that. Compared to the other accommodations at the Rheinsteig, which I was allowed to experience, the price ratio does not fit here. Breakfast for 9.50€ m.M. after too expensive. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 5.

It was a relaxed weekend with my wife... that at night some freight trains go behind the hotel, there the hostess can nix... I enjoyed the time and counted trains (sleeps) and then sleep well...at 2 stars you smuggle... the dogs of the owner were really crispy... Beautiful hostess who gave me a room for a good course despite the festival weekend. St. Goarshausen takes care of the Shabby Chic, so this hotel is very clear! super hiking accommodation! We were there one night during our Rheinsteig hike and felt comfortable. Best: A fridge full of cold drinks for self-service, nuts and salt pulps as a hiking snack, oropax and hiking flyer. Shower and toilet unfortunately only on the corridor and not in the room, but this does not bother us during hiking. For an extra fee, you can pack a hiking snack at the breakfast buffet (we did not need bags but are ready). Marmelade and Co were unfortunately packaged in plastic, but otherwise the breakfast was also good. Very nice service staff!
