Great breakfast. Looks good tastes amazing. You can tell they only serve quality ingredients. Definitely worth the trip

We went here a couple of times for breakfast and it was lovely every time, fresh and hot and very tasty( only issue hard yolks on the eggs one day but we can forgive that as everything else was great). Lovely staff.

I have been a patron of this café for several years, but unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. The lunch I ordered was overcooked and made with cheap, flavorless ingredients. The only enjoyable part of the meal was my pot of Earl Grey tea.

I recently enjoyed another delicious breakfast at this cafe. The portion size was generous and I particularly appreciated the option to have both toast and fried bread. The cafe is appropriately named Windy Corner, located at a corner with a breezy atmosphere. It's a great spot to grab a meal.

Called into this very friendly welcoming cafe with my small dog, we were both made to feel very welcome. I decided to have a cooked breakfast which I was not disappointed with, was served with a smile and a small treat for my dog. I would recommend a visit and the next time I’m in the area I will be calling in.

2023 reviews on here are bad but we still went. Bad move! Chipped plates, dirty cups, dirty table, greasy horrible breakfast, rude staff, windows so dirty we couldn’t see the lovely view, and the greed of adding 60p a drink for having a drop of oat milk instead of cows milk is pure greed! A litre of oat milk is £1. Greedy con! The reviews pre 2023 were good. So something has changed? Earning a few quid in a busy seaside town and become complacent I recon. Open your eyes before your business suffers!

We have been visiting Westbay for over ten years now and one of our favorite highlights is having breakfast at Windy Corner! Our boys, who are now 10 and 5, always insist on having breakfast there and it's the only place they want to go. This says a lot because kids can be a tough audience to please! The service is always quick and friendly, and the food is always hot and delicious. We have a special place in our hearts for Kirsty and the Windy Corner crew and we make sure to visit whenever we are in town. Thank you for all the amazing breakfasts over the years! We came into the cafe for lunch and sat down. We are both disabled and had to struggle to the table we chose which was out of the way so that our walking aids did not get in the way of others. While we were choosing what to have for lunch a waitress came and told us we had to move because the table had been reserved but the reservation had not been placed on the table. 2 able bodied women with dogs stood by with an appalling aura of smugness. There were plenty of free tables they could have taken instead. They gave an obviously insincere 'sorree ' (sic). If they had been sorry they wouldn 't have forced us out of our seats. After about 4/5 years visiting the Windy Corner Cafe, I have to say that it has been steadily on the decline. The last straw came this week when my friend and I were ushered to a table in the back whilst 3 tables were in actual fact free but 'reserved '. The guys behind us weren 't so lucky as they were actually turned away! These 'reserved ' tables were all sea view, best seats in the house. Our table had a view of a fence and 10 or so wasps buzzing round which you had to try and seat as you ate your meals. Eventually the guests turned up for the sea view tables and basically nursed a cup of coffee for the entire time we were there. One table had one coffee between the two of them! We alway...
