"Terrible service! Food for collection is always later than they tell you to the point where I once sat waiting for my food to be cooked for another 45 minutes after they told me to collect at with no apologies or compensation for my wasted time. As for delivery don't even bother unless you can wait 2 hours for your food to be delivered from 2 streets away yet again without any kind of apologies or compensation. If i could give this place 0 stars I would!"

just a little while waiting, asked a friend after recommendation....food was piping hot and tasty, I will always order from here in future. I was really disappointed in the past, but can highly recommend wokpan.

Absolutely ridiculous ordered online, was charged extra for delivery to my address. Processed my order. Money was taken from my account, then to be told they can't deliver it and not refunded as of yet. Really disappointed by the very poor management in this situation.

The best Chinese Take Away food in the area. It's great that they also cater for the Vegans in the family, so we can all enjoy a family meal together and allow for all tastes. the only Chinese in swansea I found with a full vegan menu! we have been ordering from here for a few years and never had a bad meal. we order in the regular mockery curry, garlic rice and mushroom chow mine and they are absolutely delicious! the herbal lumps should die for aswell. very friendly staff also:

Ordered our food via just eat on a Friday evening. Our food was delivered an hour late. Because it was Friday and i can understand the rush n shop being busy. We ordered our food 2 hours before delivery time. Hopefully the restaurant could do better. On the other hand Food was lovely. fresh n authentic taste.. I would definitely order again because the food is really good.
