I spoke to the cook before I came and after dinner. he talked about his cooking philosophy and we also discussed his techniques. that really helped to understand eating. the food they cook at wullenwever is really extraordinary. it was the best meal that I had located at all that I visited in lübeck, rostock and stralsund. it is North German inspired, it is certainly inspired by the chefs unique philosophy, it is well prepared and presented. I highly recommend this place."
