"It's not great, customer service needs to improve and chefs' attitude should be reviewed.We arrived unreservedly and were told we couldn't get 50 percent discount. Understandable.Then we scan our trail and follow-up as it was said to be no problem.Then we waited at the door while the manager spoke to two staff members (we listened to the whole conversation To be fair, the dark hair girl was great and polite. They need to give it a better position as the manager kept talking to her behind us.They told us the new order of things, it's not a problem. The coke came with a huge stroke and the broken lid (this was replaced, the strap stopped for about 10 minutes. However, no staff member realized until a client informed them.Our fries arrived cold, the manager took them to be replaced. We wait a while and it turns out they gave it to someone else.Then, the chef comes and says these are your fries because the previous ones were apparently cold, I can't see how they cooled.In my opinion, it's very rude for the chef to say, why the hell would we lie about the fries?In general, changing the management and improving his customer service as a trash."

Usually visit the restaurant in Leeds but this is a nice place to eat. Staff are really busy but also friendly. Sushi is really good but the non-sushi food on the menu isn’t great.

Had the most unbelievable service and brilliant service as ever. Cannot praise them enough. Menu is limited due to Covid, but barely noticed. My wife gorged on Salmon sashimi as she loves do. Last day of eat out to help out

I've never been here before or eaten sushi. He decided to stop by to prove it. Educated, efficient staff. You have to scan a QR code and then place the order on your phone. I heard someone complaining about this, I thought it was a good system. The food came quickly, I will definitely come back.

We are regular customers of this restaurant and never disappoint us. I had the opportunity for a quick lunch for 2 and service and food was excellent. Sadly, having been before the food here is fab. However, given the customer service, we didn 't get so far as eating last night. We had a reservation, and when we arrived, we were sat at a side bar that had a sign on it saying this table cannot be used due to covid restrictions . When we raised this with the wait staff, they said they couldn 't use the other booths and then proceed to sit other couples there within 2 minutes of our arrival. "Owner rude and arrogant! And you can’t trust them and they won’t make your order right by just saying too busy to make it right! I called in to make a booking but told no tables available but I could place an order for takeaway so I ordered two gluten free pizzas. I also asked what size are the gluten free pizza crust and was told 11”. I was told I would need to wait 1 hour 30 minutes and I agreed. I ordered the Gluten free 11 “ crust as advised for one Olive Tree and one Garlicky . When I arrived, I asked the person with the pizzas to confirm the gluten free pizzas. She looked a bit worried and said they were not gluten free. I asked the other girl if I would have to wait another 1.5 hrs and she said they would expedite my pizzas. The owner came over and said he had two vegan pizzas for 8:30 pm and I said that is not what I ordered. He said he was too busy to remake the pizzas. He said the girl that took the order said she didn’t remember gluten free was ordered. As a Celiac , those are the first words out of my mouth when I order any food and I also inquired the size of the gluten free crust and frequently they are pre-made and sealed and I was told they are 11”. He would not remake the pizzas as he said he has to trust his staff. So he implies the customer are lying and uses it as an excuse to not make it right. It doesn’t excuse not remaking the pizzas correctly as ordered gluten free as I was told a few minutes earlier. I assured him I ordered both pizzas gluten free and my wife came in and also confirmed as she heard me place the order on the phone. I realize this pizza must be well done and popular but not to remake the pizzas and imply me a liar and refusing to remake them is unprofessional. I find his behavior arrogant, rude and unprofessional and just because he went to Italy to learn how to make pizza doesn’t make him a good owner and manager. Hopefully, he won’t blow off this review but learn from it. Always make it right for your customers! And never insult your customers! It also suggest he doesn’t care about his customers because he is too busy. He walks away and just repeats he has to trust his employees. Poor excuse for not making the pizzas as ordered! Employees can make mistakes and as a Coeliac I will also double check as I did when I came to pick up the pizzas. I would advise Coeliacs to not try these pizzas as you can’t trust them to make them to your order. Peace be with you! Dietary restrictions You cannot trust this place to make your gluten free as ordered and they won’t remake it if they made it wrong and just say I have to trust my staff. Very Poor attitude from an owner and a bit arrogant! Customers don’t appear to be important and must be lying if they get an order wrong."
