Had many take aways from here and all I can say is absolutely amazing food. You can watch your food being cooked, staff very pleasant and accommodating.

I have been going there 16 years and the food has always been great and well made and the staff have always been very polite and the food is amazing vale for money.

The staff at this restaurant are very friendly and the food is excellent. The meals are always served hot and it is the best Indian restaurant in Kidderminster. I wouldn't consider dining anywhere else. Visualizza piatti

Placed an order and was told 20 mins. Waited 50. And when we got our order home realised part of it was missing. Ordered shashlik (bear in mind this is a meal with no sauce), and all that was in the tub was 3 and a half small pieces of chicken. Complete waste of money.

We ordered two main dishes with rice and naan bread, and the food was delicious and there was plenty of it. There was enough leftover for tomorrow's meal. We will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again. The delivery was fast, and the young woman who delivered the food was also very friendly.

I frequently order from Zafran and I always have an amazing experience with their food and service. I am surprised by some negative reviews I have seen, as I have never encountered any problems. The menu they offer is fantastic. I recommend ordering directly from their website for better discounts compared to Just Eat. Keep up the great work and delicious food. 5 stars! Visualizza piatti

The food was cold, the lamb dish only had 5 bits of lamb, bad service, lied on phone re where our food was and refused us a refund, food in bin as it was 45 mins late... wish I had never orderd from them, as for just eat they are useless on sorting out problems and they dont refund, best to order direct and pay cash and avoid just eat... that way they might turn up on time

I ordered a curry at 8pm it arrived over 2 hours when it came it was like dish water when we complained they said they will refund us within half an hour 4 hour later they came with a car full of heavies threatening myself on my on door step saying I’ve meet people like you before that want a free meal when we had already refused it saying it was inedible I sent the meal back complete. How can you run a business with threatening behaviour and a very poor service it was that bad the police have been informed.

The only reason that I ordered a delivery with this restaurant is because they are on Hungry House, which allows me to pay with PayPal. I ordered a delivery for 8pm last Saturday and it didn't turn up. Apparently the ticket wasn't taken to the kitchen. Not happy but these things can happen, so I rearranged the delivery for the following Friday at 8pm. The food arrived late at 8:25pm and was cold. I assume that it had been out on a delivery chain. I reheated the meal and then discovered that the chicken balti was horribly over-salted. If they keep this up then they won't be in business much longer as there are many better restaurants.
