I was running late when my friends arrived the lady they spoke to said there was no reservation under my name

Outstanding waitress who look after our every need. Food was lovely with great atmosphere and a really lovely Sunday evening out.

I had the King Prawns Linguine. Unfortunately, the prawns were not as fresh as I expected and the pasta was just a little over cooked! Previous experience was excellent! Thank you cook! Happy customer

I ordered the King Prawns Linguine and was disappointed to find that the shrimp were not as fresh as I had hoped and the pasta was overcooked. However, my previous experiences at this restaurant have been excellent. Thank you, I remain a happy customer.

Arrived and they had no record of booking via open table, when I showed confirmation I was told that there were several booking pathways they used and sometimes was difficult to check them all but that they could accommodate us anyway. Service was lovely, food was lovely (as always) but we were placed next to a large, very noisy group we weren’t able to hear each other (we were a group of 4) so ate our meals in silence and left as soon as we had finished. The hostess at the restaurant had a very unpleasant attitude. When I tried to make a reservation through Opentable, I asked if I could book a table for two, but she rudely cut me off before I could finish speaking. Frustrated, I made the reservation online and arrived 1.5 hours later. However, when I arrived, the same unpleasant woman told me they didn't have my reservation in their system and I would have to come back in 15 minutes. Despite the rocky start, the food was delicious and we enjoyed a nice meal with a fantastic dessert.

Upon arrival, the restaurant had no record of our reservation through OpenTable. After showing them our confirmation, we were informed that they had multiple booking systems and it was sometimes difficult to keep track of them all. However, they were still able to accommodate us. The service was good and the food was delicious as always. Unfortunately, we were seated next to a large, very loud group which made it difficult for our group of four to hear each other. We ended up eating our meals in silence and left as soon as we were finished.

The lady at front of house had a terrible attitude. Previous to booking through opentable I asked in person if I could book a table for, NO, NO bookings. I couldn’t even finish my sentence before she rudely shut me down. So I hopped on to Opentable where I could indeed book. I received my notification via email and turned up for my booking 1.5 hours after booking through the app. I was greeted again by the same terrible service by the same terrible woman. Rolling her eyes and saying no I have no booking. You are too early. We do not have it on our system. You will have to come back in 15 minutes.
