"For what used to be a staple in Lausanne must eat burgers, has become a totally disappointing destination. Soggie bloodie buns, slimey cheese, fries so small you feel like you got the bottom of the bag; coupled with filthy toilets and a staff that would rather be doing their university homework than waiting your table. Not going back any time soon! I have edited my review as it seems I cannot add a response to your comment A.Rigaud. If I have taken the time to write a review its not for 'gratuitous aggression ' but for complete disappointment. I used to live 10 minutes away and I would come regularly with my wife. I decided to come back as we were in the area, and my experience was nothing short of 'poor '. I always loved the quality of your food, but I would absolutely suggest you visit this establishment and keep an eye on how things are being done there. From what I saw in mine and my wife 's plate, this was not AT ALL what we were used to from Zoo Burger. Yes, disappointed and always available to provide constructive criticism!"

Local for local. Great flavours and quality ingredients. Meat is sometimes over-cooked and buns can get soggy bottoms. But not a regular issue. Nice diine-in vibe on the terrace. You’re not Vaudois until you have a taste of Zoo. Yummy house frites too! Visualizza piatti

Dinned on a Saturday afternoon, the food was very well made and tasted fresh and homemade. The service was good when looking at the situation from different angles (very busy). Once I finished my lunch I went and talked a little bit with the chefs they were very friendly, one even gave me different recommendations on where other spot I could visit while here on my holiday. I recommend this restaurant

I only had a cheeseburger, because I wasn't very hungry that day. They asked me for doneness, I asked well done. After biting into it, I realized it was ****, so I turned it over. After a good 10 minutes of waiting, it came back, but still slightly pink......plus the taste had changed, it was rather sweet??? the bread was soft like a sponge...... In addition, if you have good eyesight, you will be able to read the card because it is written smaller than in Le Matin.....too bad. I won't set foot there again.
