"I can't say anything bad about the hotel, we were here and it was okay. However, the behaviour of hotel management in cancellations is completely unacceptable. By checking24 I get a cancellation period up to 23:59 in the booked room category. But you do not want to acknowledge this in this hotel and now threaten us: offer (from the hotel's email) We will follow you after the dunning procedure has expired. I haven't experienced this yet, but I don't hate the dispute, fortunately I have a legal protection insurance."
