"the restaurant offers rooms and a holiday apartment, which can be booked online. here our experience: When we arrived, a reception was not detectable, so we talked to a co-worker whether we were right. the stressed dame only said that we would clarify this immediately and we should go aside first. nice reception! we were then brought up to the room and had to fill out the guest card there. we were then charged directly by the chef who received us more nicely. when we were alone on the room, we had to find that there was only one bed linen. so we went back to the gas room to order another. we got this straight, along with a colorful swing kissen. when we wanted to shower, we found only one towel. we were too lazy to run down again. the bed was cozy, the bed linen colorfully thrown together. the tw sufficient. the cleanliness was ok, but at the elaborately designed lamp an artwork on spinnenweben. the furniture and the bathroom were unfortunately low budget. the good program selection at the tw. unfortunately the wish for breakfast - which is optional to be booked from 9-10 clock - was rejected with the statement "the kitchen is open until late in the night, so the breakfast is off". "Als Veganer ist mir der Döner schon arg abgegangen... Natürlich bieten viele Döner-Läden einen vegetarischen Döner mit Falafeln an. Aber die Soße ist und bleibt halt mit Joghurt. Und ohne die Soße ist der Döner einfach nur staubtrocken... Sevil macht aber alles richtig! Die Joghurt-Soße ist auf Soja-Basis. Einen Unterschied zur normalen Soße konnte ich beim besten Willen nicht feststellen. Also einfach nur genial! (Man sieht einen marginalen Unterschied in der Farbe. Kann man also dennoch Differenzieren Aber nicht nur die Soße ist hervorragend. Anstelle vom Fleisch bekommt man hier Seitan, was dem Original extrem nahe kommt! Die verwendeten Gewürze sind top und das aussehen, wie die Konsistenz passen perfekt. Meiner Meinung nach könnte das Seitan aber gerne an manchen Stellen noch ein wenig knuspriger sein. So wie das Original eben. (Ist natürlich Geschmackssache Es gibt aber einen etwas größeren Knackpunkt, bei dem ich mir sehr schwer tue 4 Sterne zu vergeben (4 Sterne ist das Maximum für Teil-Vegane Restaurants . In Lieferando finde ich in den meisten vermeintlich veganen Gerichten von Sevil den Hinweis, das Ei oder Milch verwendet wird. Möglichkeiten für diese Angaben könnten sein: a Lieferando ist wie so oft sehr ungenau... (Ich habe bereits super viele Probleme mit Lieferando gehabt, weshalb ich immer lieber beim Restaurant direkt bestelle, wenn möglich b Die Angabe richtet sich nach den Möglichkeiten (Es kann die Kuh-Joghurt-Soße und andere gewählt werden c Sevil verwendet tatsächlich Milch oder Eier im Fladenbrot (Ich hoffe wirklich, dass das nicht stimmt. Es gibt jedoch viele Rezepte, die Joghurt im Fladenbrot enthalten... Alternativ kann man aber den Dürüm wählen. Der sollte auf jeden Fall Vegan sein, bis das Thema geklärt ist Sollte mir Sevil zurückschreiben und bestätigen, dass die Angaben an dem Punkt a oder b liegt, gebe ich sehr gerne 4 Punkte. Up there was a rucola, a radishes and a half cut cocktailtomate. under the salate there were still fresh white crimp salad, which was well pulled through and contained a few yellower puffs. the dressing also tasted us, excellently balanced in the acid ratio and from the slenderness suitable for us. the gyroscope was juicy with also crispy pieces, but partly with a little very fat pieces. it was well seasoned and on it were red wolves. kalamari was served everywhere, grounded and then spided. he had been cooked before place and had not become hard. here they should trust more of the spicy. there was no lemon to the choke. the rice was nicely cooked with even light bites. he tasted very dead, but was well tasted. he was refined here with paprika and bite and unusual for us with maize salt he had received. the zaziki was a little firmer in consistency, we prefer it a little creamier. there were some green things, we suspect petersilie.
