very beautiful location in an old villa with a very beautiful interieur, which is integrated into the food presentation and serving. very good service, eat extremely well with perfect aromas suitable. very appreciated the champagne aperitivo and the sarg on the balcony. but we must say that dinner is too long, all in all more than four hours! but worth an experience!

for a restaurant that is so self-confidence unsafe that it does not even make effort to public requests on its Instagram page, we expected a bit more...we loved the building, but the ambiente, complete with the master chef who is so arrogant anti-social that it was. to visit him the tables of the guests (or to ban God, see them in the eyes) etc. missing. most important was, although some dishes were very interesting and/or delicious, for this price class it was a little disappointing.

We visited together with my two best friends the August restaurant on a Thursday evening! Elegant setting with three more reserved tables, so very intimate, indeed. Excellent service, very polite staff, very attentive to details. We were positively surprised by the first 5 courses and...then the five main courses followed. They pay attention to allergies or to dishes one doesn't prefer. And the dessert was the creme de la creme. I definitely suggest you to try this a bit more expensive restaurant. as others have highlighted, the place is quite impressive, old villa accessible via a dark garden, dracula could pop at any time. there are 6 tabs. it is conceptual with bright glasstic, among which a sequence of amuse bouche and other object that. visually it is great, but taste falls short for a 2 star michael. the personal is unfriendly and it is lacking the professionalism that they would expect from a place with 2 stars. weinliste is amazingly short, but the choice is pleasant and not too pricy. 900 euro for 3 with the crying. overall a beautiful experience, but I would not recommend if this was first solidified restaurant. I think 2 statistics are overrated.

First visit to the new location. It is really an interesting building and a the restaurant is located in a pleasant room. The space is small, I cannot recall exactly how many seats but definitely less than in the old venue. Service is attentive and...the Chef himself is very involved in the presentation and description of the different dishes in the menu. The whole performance is a bit theatrical but it fits well with the extreme elaboration of the plates. Tables are equipped with a glass display and the whole meal is an experience of smells, taste and visual stimuli. We spend almost 4 hours for dinner and it was a pleasure. I would definitely recommend a yearly visit to August! Or two...

We planed our trip from the UK to Italy specifically to stop at this restaurant as we love fine dining and have experienced many Michelin starred meals. Sadly we were not delighted with this one. The atmosphere was not very comfortable and the lit tables...and eating off broken china and glass shards felt a bit gimmicky. To be honest there was way too much food in each of the several courses, we had about 12 amuse bouche, I lost count, and they were on the large size, especially the ball with warm brown butter which was meant to be eaten in one. Well, never ever 2 Michelin stars in my book! An odd ambience with an effort at theatre that distracts from the important bit the food and which almost made the service farcical at times. Anyway, what about the food? Before that let 's see...about the wine, please? What, no specially matched 'flight ' for the elaborate tasting menu (4 hour sitting ? Oh, we have to choose our own, but without knowing what the dishes will be? Hm. What? we can 't have anything by the glass, bottles only! I see. Having enjoyed several memorable meals in Michelin starred establishments over the years, when recently planning a driving tour through Europe, my travelling companions and I decided to treat ourselves to a couple more on our journey.
