"This place is Awful and has not trained the bouncers at the door how to greet the customers because of whom probably they are getting their salaries from.I and my friends visited this place last night , we forgot our ids so we went home and got the Ids and when went inside.While going inside my friend guy friend was carrying a man bag was told that he’s not allowed to get the bag inside when we asked him for a reason for the same he didn’t answer any thing but at the same time I was allowed with my lady bag in there.We offered him if he can check his bag and allow him inside then but he insisted us to go back hide your man bag inside and then you can enter which is so disrespectful and bad.Then we went inside enjoyed our selves so by the end of time we were leaving the same bouncer who let us in started abusing and assaulting us when we said don’t touch he said “I’ll show you what I can do and even touch you”.He pushed me badly and grabbed my friend’s arm and dragged him out of the club.This incident has shocked me from inside out that what kind of Racist and sexist behaviour is this.For the first time in my life I have seen such heartless behaviour inside a club this is not even human.If a women can get a purse that’s allowed and man cannot isn’t this unfair and sexiest ?? We group of people spent almost 300 pounds in this club and this club gave us a very hard time, forget the service they can’t even match the basic standards on even humanitarian grounds or any place if compared.People who wants to have a good quality time “PLEASE AVOID Going to this bar as this is beyond the expectations of insults and sexism and racism you’ll face in your entire life”.I would never visit this place again and never recommend to my friends."

"The food here is hit or miss. When it's good, its **** brilliant. Order at the wrong time or on the wrong day and its sub par. We were regulars still, spent around £25 per week here. I think they struggle to count though! Especially sauces! If you order extra it's pot luck whether they'll turn up. Recently we ordered 6 garlic sauces with a large order, enough for everyone. The food turned up and the actual dishes were fine, hot, tasty looking, all present correct! Except there was only 1 garlic sauce. It's happened many times before, they often forget things, so I'll just call them back, they'll nip around with the rest and the food will still be hot... you'd expect. Call up, explain to two different people what's happened. They just can't see the problem. They eventually say they'll bring them. 25 mins later the guy shows up. He has 1 sauce with him and says that's what he was told the bring. He checks the original bill and can see 6 were ordered you pay extra too! Its £0.50p a tub, which contains about 2 teaspoons of the stuff. I call back... and that's what's wrong with this place, if they make a mistake they can get really rude with you. I explain the foods getting cold now, we don't eat dry kebabs and without the sauce it's just an expensive let down. They don't see the problem, it's just some sauce that's missing they'll knock a couple quid off the next order. I'm not happy with this and explain that since I've paid a fair few quid to enjoy a meal I want to enjoy all of it Two of the meals are getting eaten as we speak as they're hungry and will live without the sauces. The rest of us want them though and the food's going to be stone cold. I explain which kebabs can't be eaten and suggest they just re do that part of the order, send it out with the extra sauces I've paid for and that'll be the end of it. They agree, but say they want the food not already eaten handed back to them. Fair enough, I say. Half an hour goes by and someone shows up to collect the food. I hand it over and ask where the reorder is. He says he was just told to come and collect the food, not bring anything new! It's a matter of principle now I give him the food and walk down to the shop myself. After explaining everything to two people who just shrug the guy in charge finally comes over. It's the younger one though! Theres one of two guys in charge of this place on any given night. An older one, who will sort anything that's wrong, apologise acts like he actually appreciates people spending their money there. The younger guy though has a hell of an attitude problem. Has done for years! It's not coincidence that most of the orders we've had go wrong were when he was in charge. So I explain to the younger one again, he just says he doesn't know what's happened and they'll recoil my food and deliver it in half an hour whilst also saying it's just some sauces and asking why I'm so bothered. It's been 2 hrs since I ordered now. I tell him forget it, just refund me for the food eaten and we'll call it a day he says he cant, that needs to be done by the delivery driver. I try to explain this doesn't make sense, but he tells me to go home and he'll send someone round within 30 mins to sort the refund. 30 mins comes and goes. I take a wander down again to find out what's happening and again he says theres nothing that can be done as the driver has the card machine. It's clear he couldn't care less and is annoyed I'd even bother him. Again he asks me to go home and he'll send someone round. Another 40 mins after that the guy turns up with the card machine to process the refund. Incidentally, my partners lamb kofte the bit of chicken I had out of my kebab were lovely. The rest though, who knows. I went to bed hungry, P! 3d off and vowing I'll never order again."

"We used to be regular customers at this restaurant and would order from here weekly. However, over time, we noticed a decrease in the quality of the food and the deliveries were consistently late. There was never any apology for the delays, and when we inquired, we were rudely informed that they were too busy to hire more drivers. This resulted in longer wait times for customers. One time, we received an order that was so bad in taste and quality that we complained and were promised a free replacement. When we tried to place the next order, they initially refused to honor the agreement and attempted to charge us. Even after confirming that the next order should be free, they called back and asked for half payment. Another order arrived late with half of the meal missing. When we called to complain, the person on the phone was incredibly rude and unapologetic, stating that they were too busy. After demanding the rest of our meal, we were told it would take half an hour, but no delivery arrived. When we called back, we were informed that it would be another half hour. This level of service was completely unacceptable and consistently rude. The employee even went as far as saying that they didn't have a driver and didn't care if we never ordered from them again. We were shocked by his attitude. As a result, we have not ordered from this restaurant again, and we know others who have experienced similar issues. We highly recommend avoiding this establishment."
