Further to the snack (1st room with theke : Here it is like in a good old snack hat where the owner expresses his love for his club. This is not really strange in Dortmund! "Wir waren zu Zweit an einem Donnerstag Abend da. Außer uns noch 11 Gäste. Sorry lieber Betreiber, aber Sie und Ihre Gattin machten bereits mit den wenigen Gästen einen völlig überforderten Eindruck. Der Service durch die Dame des Hauses war schleppend und wenig motiviert. Die Vorspeisen, eine Suppe und ein Wurstsalat, kamen erst nach einer 3/4 Stunde. Beides war schmackhaft. Aber es war nicht die Suppe die ich bestellt hatte! Die Hauptgerichte, Rösti mit Rinderfilet und Spätzle mit Schweinefilet, ließen dann abermals 45 Minuten auf sich warten. Das Filet war leider auf beiden Tellern übergart (vielleicht macht man das in der Schweiz so?? und die Spätzle präsentierten sich als undefinierbare angebratene Klumpen. Zwischzeitlich hatte ich ein Glas trockenen, leichten Weißwein geordert und dem Service die Auswahl überlassen. Ein Fehler! Serviert wurde mir eine Weißweinschorle mit den Worten, sie habe extra einen kräftigen schweren Wein gewählt weil der gut zum Essen passen würde. In jedem normal geführten Lokal hätten wir reklamiert. Hier waren wir froh nach langer Wartezeit überhaupt mit Speisen und Getränken versorgt worden zu sein. Ein in meinen Augen absolutes Unding war die Rechnung, mit deren Präsentation uns mitgeteilt wurde dass man ab heute 10 Ernergiepauschale auf alle Preise erheben würde. Leider stand davon nichts auf oder in der Karte oder sonstwo im Gastraum. Begründet wurde die Teuerung mit den gestiegenen Kosten (klar und nachvollziehbar und dem Unwillen neue Karten zu drucken. Liebe Gastgeber, das geht gar nicht und ist, mal davon ab, rechtlich nich haltbar. Fazit: wer mit mittelmäßig gekochter und präsentierter Hausmannskost, im fragwürdigen Ambiente, bei unaufmerksamen Service, zu durchaus mittelklassigen Preisen zufrieden ist, der ist hier gut aufgehoben.
