"I went to birthday with 8 family members there on Friday. andrew had created a beautiful space for us that respects the social distance. it was just a very special evening. pam is an amazing cook and we had a lot of dressed, all excellent. my family wanted to take me to a chic steak place, but I chose kaiteur kitchen and what a brilliant choice that was. I may be biased, but the Guyan cuisine has the most sorts in the Caribbean (the best tasting also to do with the fusion of foods of 6 different ethnic groups and on the South American mainland) and and andrew and pam reflect this in what they serve. it was like my mother's kitchen. everything is made by scratches also the sauces and the black pudding. I must not forget to mention that they also serve el dorado around. the best of the world. best Caribbean restaurant in london also very clean and hygienic. thank you andrew and pam!"

"What a delicious dover sole I had. The salad was really fresh and the king prawns in olive oil and garlic sauce was impressively tasty. Toilets are immaculately clean, the owner is polite and attentive. Really fancy set up and service. Dont you love fine dining? Proper Napkins and crisp white table cloth chateu neufe red was also a delight for my taste buds. It was a business dinner but will go back I think."

"Poor chefs, simple menu. Should have stay home and made it myself! Go elsewhere for a nicer brunch! I used to really like this place but this morning when I came in (Sunday morning) they said they no longer do french toast on the weekends. I asked them why and they said they don't have the mixture ready on the weekends. Weird, since that would be their busiest times? I suggested that all it takes is eggs and milk and that seems too tricky for the chef to whip up! I also wanted a mimosa and they don't have it on their menu."

"Hands down the best meal I've had during my one week stay in the UK. We had garlic bread as starter, chicken risotto as main and a delicious tiramisu as dessert. Would have enjoyed larger chicken pieces instead of shredded pieces, but that's just a personal preference, would have brought more structure to the course. "Spotless restaurant. Attentive service. Comfortable seating. Food is of a high standard. Mixed grilled octopus and kalamari main was superbly tender. Some may say pricey, but you get what you pay for here I believe, and you can't say that about all restaurants. It was a Sunday lunchtime, and I would like to have had some slightly more prominent Greek music and bouzouki playing in the background. All very good, and will return. Food: 5"

"Found Last night to be one of my best experiences in a very long time, for a restaurant meal. The food is outstanding here the grilled squid and the lamb exceptional. Went with a business colleague and was the perfect choice we were running late, last out at the end and they made us feel welcome and no fuss. The staff and owner made us feel so welcome and took time out to talk to us and also had the honour to hear more from the chef about his cooking. A true jem worth visiting and prices are spot on. "(I ordered for home delivery so can 't comment on atmosphere , but the service was good in the sense that my order arrived very quickly. The pizza was very greasy, lacked flavour, and almost seemed like something you 'd get from a Dominos. The consistency of the mozzarella was basically identical to a fast food style pizza not something I 'd expect from an actual Italian restaurant. The dough and pepperoni was rubbery, and the whole thing just lacked flavour to be quite honest. I wouldn 't be surprised if it was actually reheated from frozen... Olivetta 's around the corner (attached to Gordon Hill station does infinitely better Italian style pizzas if you 're looking for a takeaway option. I deeply regret not just ordering from there instead, but lesson learnt!"

"We had high expectations having read the reviews and we were not disappointed. We were out celebrating my birthday with my family. The food was amazing, the menu was not overwhelming and the waiter helped us make the selections explaining what each dish was and how spicy we may find it. The atmosphere was really friendly, clean and the food was just delicious, we tried a variety of dishes and each one was wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend."

"One of the best pizzas we've ever had! We made a reservation for a Friday night but were initially told that the restaurant was fully booked. To our delight, we received a call just 10 minutes later letting us know they could accommodate us, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision! My wife is coeliac, so we opted for the gluten-free bases. They were freshly baked, and we could hardly tell they were gluten-free—truly remarkable! We tried the Magnolia and Tartufo pizzas, both of which were incredibly delicious. I highly recommend this charming Italian restaurant; they’ve nailed both their menu and atmosphere!"

"I visited with friends as part of a large group for the first time this week. The staff were welcoming and attentive as we went in. The poppadoms and pickles were nice and my lamb rogan josh was extremely tasty and the meat tender with lots of fresh chillis which I enjoyed. The herbs on top made it taste really fresh. Rice and chapati were served in good size portions.We were given hot flannels and some oranges to finish . Will almost certainly visit again."

"So according to tripadvisor I heard that Mama’s Pita, a Greek mediterranean fast food restaurant is the best quick foods establishment in Enfield, so I decide to visit and see what makes this place great. As you walk in Mama’s Pita, i found that the tropical designs such as the plants and choice of colours helps create a Greek mediterranean atmosphere and was eye catching I wasn’t too sure what pita wrap meal to order so i ask the staff member what were the most poplar meals in which he offer me a great selection such as the vegetarian cauliflower halloumi pita or the Yeeros pork pita. In the end, I order the chicken souvlaki pita which had mayo, tomatoes, chips and salad mix which came to £7.50 which I feel is reasonable. I was surprised that it came with a plate and the staff member delivered it to my table. Talk about extra courtesy. The salad mix and mayo pairs well with the chicken and I really like how soft and crispy the chips were that It surprise me. My favourite was the pita wrap itself which felt soft and was big enough to hold the other ingredients. From what I observed their food hygiene is very good according to their certificate and the kitchen looked clean with COSSH standards taken place such as no cleaning products near food preparation. My only downside is the seating is very limited to about 3 5 customers so if do go there in a group you may need to eat outside. Probably best for takeaway. Overall im satisfied with this hidden enfield Mediterranean fast food gem and would visit again to try out their other pita wraps."

"Our experience at Middey's was ruined by a disappointing incident, as the restaurant refused to allow us in because of their strict no-dogs rule, even though our dog is a trained service animal. The staff seemed ignorant and unwilling to help us, so we had to find another place to eat. The overall vibe, along with the uninterested staff, took away from the appeal of Middey's. It is important to acknowledge and support the rights of individuals with service animals to create an inclusive environment, something Middey's unfortunately failed to do. Until they reconsider their policies to better serve a diverse range of customers, especially those with service animals, we cannot recommend Middey's for a welcoming and accommodating dining experience."

"this was my first visit, I visited with a friend who highly recommended this restaurant and lives in front of location. the staff was very nice and attentive and the eating was absolutely amazing (including the huge ****! . the brot (warm starter with salat was very fresh and delicious. the mixed plate was only unrealistic. I have eaten Turkish food and I enjoyed it, but that was on another level! the Charr aroma, which improves the caramels and the skill of the meat, means that I eat enough to burst and they let me go home, which fits in mine. I'd eat here once more."

"We go to Zippola every Saturday for breakfast after a morning run and really missed it when we were in lockdown. We were so impressed with the level of Covid compliance put in place. We sanitised our hands, we were asked to sign in and wear our masks to and from the table. The service was the usual level of politeness and friendliness. They never mind little changes to the menu and are happy to bring whatever you need. Thank you to the Zippola team for letting our Saturday morning tradition continue safely."

"I hate to leave a bad review, especially in a place that I've had good food from in the past. Maybe it's the industry wide lack of staff, but I can't accept service when we're left waiting without any kind of explanation of why we're waiting. Restaurant eating isn't about the food alone, I can cook just as well at home, its about the service and tonight that was lacking. Our waiter tried to keep it together, and was attentive as he could have been, but distracted by a couple of local regulars he took his eye off the ball and ignored everyone else. We're all waiting to be served, the regulars are taking selfies behind the counter. I absolutely can not accept bad service, it made me angry, and in the case of my friend vocally angry for which I apologise. As a note to the future, manage people's expectations. If you're busy, we get it. But don't allow regulars to make a joke about it whilst others are hungry. We won't ever be coming back, and we live 5 minutes away. I hope for your sake in the future you prioritise your customers over your friends."

"I really enjoy coming here. Every dish I have ever had has always tasted great and fresh. The decor and vibe is lovely, the food feels like it is quality and the staff are generally friendly (although on one occasion, a friend and I felt like we were being hinted to either order more or leave. We had ordered full dishes and drinks and I get it can get busy but it is very annoying to feel like we need to leave when we are enjoying ourselves). Customer service has also let me down on my last visit whereby I was told that I cannot remove an item from a dish on my order (despite previously requesting an item to not be included and it being honoured). Bizarre!! I tried the chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream and it was delicious. Coffees are good although small. The beetroot latte literally tasted like milk have had much better (and cheaper) elsewhere. I'd highly recommend the chicken and waffles but have genuinely enjoyed all dishes so far! The soul plate and fritters are also delicious. Portion sizes are not huge but the quality makes up for that."

"I am working in this area and was brought here by a colleague. Since then I have visited three times having soup, a baguette and a Mediterranean breakfast. On each occasion the food was plentiful and delicious. The staff are always friendly and there is always a good atmosphere. You can also park which is a bonus in London. It is a tight squeeze in there and there isn’t a toilet but don’t let either of those put you off. Whether you want a sit down meal or a takeaway this place is well worth a visit."

"Excellent bar and customer service. I loved the food and would recommend to anyone. I had a chicken pie which was delicious, with chips. The who staff who served it was polite and friendly. They went back and forth to collect various requests. Whilst at the bar a lovely lady served me my drink. Again the customer care was fantastic. I spent a few hours grazing and observing and was pleased with the laid back family atmosphere. I went the wrong way trying to go to the toilet and found myself in the garden. A nice secluded space to enjoy any of the sun rays. What a find."

"We reserved a table for Christmas dinner with high expectations for the food. The cozy atmosphere, with a limited crowd, was pleasant. The starters were decent, but the main course, featuring roast free-range turkey with pigs in blanket, roast vegetables, and gravy, disappointed. The turkey exhibited signs of pre-cooking with subsequent reheating, the roast potatoes were excessively firm, and the pigs in blanket actually only 1 was oversized. The Yorkshire pudding resembled rubber, and I refrained from trying the additional gravy. The dessert, Raspberry mousse, was passable but not exceptional. The service also fell short; there was no communication about when our courses would be served. One colleague's starter sat uncovered on the table for nearly an hour due to her late arrival. Despite the enjoyable company of colleagues, the overall experience was marred by the disappointing meal. While we had heard positive reviews about the venue's food, the Christmas meal did not live up to expectations. Exploring other menu options might have yielded a better dining experience."
