"Wir haben schon lange versucht, mal im Stefados zu essen, aber spontan nie Glück gehabt. Bis gestern. Nachdem die erste Runde an Gästen durch war, konnten wir einen Tisch für zwei ergattern. Ich kann nicht beurteilen, ob es original sardisch geschmeckt hat, da wir noch nie auf Sardinien waren. Aber es hat original lecker geschmeckt. Absolut. Eine kleine Karte plus Tagesangebote. Vorher gab es zwei kleine Grüße aus der Küche: Brot mit Dip und ein kaltes, sehr schmackhaftes Gurkensüppchen. Wir hatten Schwertfisch und ein sardisches Nudelgericht mit Salsiccia. Krönender Abschluss: Schokoküchlein! Durchweg sehr lecker, nicht zu große aber auch nicht zu kleine Portionen. Wir sind gut gesättigt und glücklich nach Hause spaziert!Zu erwähnen ist auch der sehr zuvorkommende, aber nicht aufgesetzte und freundliche Service durch die Chefin und unterstützende Damen. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt."

"Die Bedienung telefoniert hinterm Tresen und läßt erst mal die Gäste stehen. Dann gelangweiltes Bedienen am Tisch. Die Kuchenauswahl erinnert doch stark an VEB Backwarenkombinat. Um 17 Uhr werden im Cafe die dreckigen Plastekisten aufgetürmt. Hier kann man sich wirklich nicht wohlfühlen. Grauenvoll. Mein Fazit: Nie wieder Elmi Bäcker. Egal wo!!!"

"Nach den vielen positiven Bewertungen und persönlichen Empfehlungen waren wir sehr neugierig auf dieses Restaurant. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, hatten vorreserviert und konnten noch wählen, ob wir oben oder unten sitzen wollen. Oben sitzt man wie in einer kleinen italienischen Trattoria. Es hat etwas gedauert, bis wir bestellen konnten, Gäste, die nach uns kamen konnten eher bestellen. Die Vorspeise kam noch vor den Getränken, das war etwas ungünstig. Noch während wir die Vorspeise verzehrten kamen schon die Hauptgerichte und das ist nun ein "no go". Da die Gerichte noch dampften haben wir die Teller angenommen, jedoch waren wir ab da etwas gehetzt. Qualitativ war das Essen sehr gut, es hat fabelhaft geschmeckt, ein Nachwürzen selbst mit der obligatorischen Pfeffermühle war absolut nicht erforderlich. Da wir doch gemütlich gesessen haben, wollten wir uns einen weiteren Wein bestellen, aber hatten dazu ewig keine Möglichkeit. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass man Gästen, die bereits bekannt waren, eine grössere Aufmerksamkeit widmete.Hej, also auch wir hatten vor, dort bekannter zu werden! Nun gut, alles in allem hat der gute Geschmack des Essens viel rausgerissen, vielleicht hatten wir servicemässig auch einen schlechten Tag erwischt, wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen. "Sehr zuvorkommender Empfang durch den Restaurantchef . Angenehme Atmosphäre. Schon beim Betreten umfängt den Gast der Wohlgeruch eines gepflegten Speiselokals. Die Karte ist nicht zu umfangreich, das Angebot sehr ansprechend. Die Zubereitung der Speisen erfolgt sorgfältig. Wir hatten Kartoffelsuppe und Bärlauchsuppe als Vorspeise, dann Tafelspitz mit Bouillongemüse und Wolfsbarschfilet mit Zuckerschoten und kleinen kanarischen Kartoffeln . Beides sehr lecker. Dazu Riesling vom Weinhaus Weimar. Zum Nachtisch Käseplatte ( halbe Portion) und Sorbetvariationen. Alles sehr gut. Nur der Espresso war nicht so besonders. Freundlicher Service, vor allem vom schon erwähnten Restaurantchef. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr in Ordnung. Ein schöner Abend zu zweit!"

"a visit to the louisiana is an absolute “must” for me when I come to a fury. the restaurant is located a bit away from the city in the vicinity of the radisson sas hotels . you can say between radisson sas and crämerbrücke. the kitchen is excellent! as the name suggests, there are mainly American southern states – or cajun – kitchen. for those who like this this is exactly the right restaurant. the foods are delicious and refined flavored a real taste experience. the service is quick and friendly. the waiting period between ordering and serving is in the frame. the restaurant is not quite inexpensive, but a visit is worth it. update mai 2016: after a long caring lack of opportunity I have chosen to pick up a table with my shady on the occasion of a weekend trip to Erfurt this locally again and some days previously reserved a table, which proved to be really necessary. the restaurant was very well visited in the evening at about 19 o'clock both in the interior and in the exterior. although a table was reserved for us, we prefer to take out a space outside during summer weather, which was made possible very easily. the concept of the gastronomic company has since my last visit before approx. 4 5 years something changed. while the south-eastern kitchen is still offered, the focus is now on steaks. you will not find any steak specialties such as dry aged, but the choice is neat and the composition of the dishes is not everyday. the price level is somewhat higher, which is due to the type of food and its excellent quality. in my opinion, the restaurant has put another taste in this view. the service is simply top.
