"as a vegetarian/veganer, the ash was not necessarily on our narrower restaurant selection. but the newly opened the ash in deutz lies for us as a railway driver: inside super directly at the more subtle railway station. and the vegan offer and the cool ambiente then animated us to a visit. we were very done. the restaurant is very stylish and at the same time cozy. the vegan flank steak is simply great the preparation absolutely professional and successful. and the vegan tapas in advance also absolutely recommended. the service was very nice and after order came our food within a short time which was good, as we had accumulated in the ice of a little after a good hunger; we come back in any case."

"Leider ist 1 Punkt die Mindestbewertung. . Das war heute die wohl schlechteste Erfahrung der letzten Jahre. Ravioli in Salbeibutter mit Birnen oder so. 1A Mikrowelle innen brühend heiß und außen mau. Butter? Eher billiges Motoröl und Birnen wie rohe Kartoffeln. Vegetarische Tagliatelle, die nach billiger Convenience Fisch Paste schmecken. So schlecht haben wir selten gegessen. Anderen mag es schmecken, aber hier war es nicht nur schade ums Geld, selbst das bißchen an Kalorien, was wir zu uns genommen haben war mehr als überflüssig. Das Brot war genießbar. Service hat noch nicht mal gefragt, warum Teller voll zurück gingen, war ihnen offenbar auch egal. War eine frustrierende Erfahrung"

"Die Reservierung über Google/Quandoo am 29.11.17 ausgelöst für den 26.12.2018. Diese wurde binnen weniger Minuten vom Restaurant bestätigt. Um 17.25 Uhr standen wir vor einem verschlossenen dunklen Restaurant, um 17.30 Uhr kamen die Mitarbeiter inkl. Chef und öffneten das Restaurant. Das Chaos war vorprogrammiert, weil sich erstmal alle sortieren und auf die Gäste vorbereiten mussten. Entsprechend standen wir erstmal mitten im Restaurant permanent im Weg rum und kamen uns nicht wirklich Willkommen vor. Dann... Unsere Reservierung wurde nicht gefunden! Der Chef konnte sich daran erinnern, dass da etwas gewesen ist, hat es aber vergessen einzutragen. Guckt uns dann entsprechend erwartungsvoll an und sagt was machen wir denn da? . Angeboten wurde uns dann mit 6 Personen ein Stehtisch mit Sitzhockern für 4 Personen. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, hat er uns dann einen weiteren Stehtisch dazu gestellt. Bei der ersten Getränkerunde wurde von der Kellnerin ein Getränk vergessen. Dann kam die Weihnachts-Speisekarte , welche vorher nicht angekündigt wurde oder im Speisekarte-Schaukasten des Restaurants aushing. Sie wich fast vollständig von der Standardkarte ab, es gab keine Kindergerichte und es gab keine Gerichte mit Rind, Schwein oder Pute/Hähnchen. Nach Nachfrage ob Schnitzel und Pommes für Kinder möglich wäre, wurde dieses von der Kellnerin verneint. Pommes würden sie sogar auf der normalen Karte nicht anbieten. Pizza war dann als Ausweichgericht möglich. 30 Minuten später hat der Nebentisch Pommes auf dem Tisch stehen gehabt, es ist also scheinbar doch möglich gewesen und die Kellnerin hatte keine Ahnung. Vorspeisen kamen zügig. Es wurde unter anderem 2x Bruschetta bestellt, zunächst kam nur 1 Teller mit 2 Bruschetta-Scheiben. Nach Nachfragen waren das bereits 2 Portionen gewesen, die Bruschetta bestand also aus einer einzigen Brotscheibe und der zweite Teller hielten sie für nicht notwendig, man kann den Teller ja an den nächsten weiter reichen. Dann kamen die Pizzen für die Kinder, welche mit den Worten Kinder first serviert wurden. Nachdem diese fast fertig waren, kamen die restlichen Hauptspeisen. Entsprechend langweilig wurde es für die Kinder, welche auf die Erwachsenen warten mussten. Die Hauptspeisen selbst waren in Ordnung und teilweise auch lecker, Preis/Leistung allerdings zu teuer für das was man erhalten hat. Zum Nachtisch gab es Tiramisu und Creme Catalan. Die Portion des Tiramisu war ordentlich, allerdings hat es nicht sehr gut geschmeckt/sehr unausgewogen. Die Creme Catalan war ein völliger Reinfall. Diese hat nach Orangensaft geschmeckt, von Karamell keine Spur. Die Kellnerin gab dann noch eine Runde Absacker auf den Chef. Ob das wie bei anderen Restaurants auch hier üblich ist, keine Ahnung, wir waren die ersten die das Restaurant verließen. Beim Rausgehen lief der Chef mit einer Flasche Prosecco hinter uns her um sich nochmal für das Reservierungsdesaster zu entschuldigen. Die Worte Entschuldigung , Sorry , Tut mir leid wurden dabei aber nicht verwendet. Alles in allem werde ich dieses Restaurant nie wieder besuchen und es auch niemanden empfehlen.Die besten Restaurants in meiner Nähe"

"Ich habe mit Bestellnummer I2TQ6V Enchiladas mit Gemüse, also ein rein vegetarisches Gericht bestellt. Angekommen ist es komplett mit Hühnchen. Durch den Käse auf dem gericht war das für mich erst nicht ersichtlich, wodurch in bevor ich es merkte bereits Fleisch gegessen hatte. Ich habe mich darauf übergeben. Nie wieder bestelle ich dort. Ist ja unfassbar. Ich verlange für dieses gericht mein Geld zurück."
