"once suhsi at maki maki especially recommended 318 very special California rolling, as on numerous photos to see and they become a master guest. as many critikens already say, it is really an experience that really composes texture, taste and optics at a very high level. a little load. the rolls are made by hand and on a rise they have a super look at the production. a table is obligatory, especially at the weekend. to the happiness and right the restaurant is well visited. the atmosphere is still beautiful and relaxed. a lot to do with the staff that is very friendly. a little time they both should be fair to order before and when they eat."

"I found this place quite inadvertent because I attended a concert near and needed to dinner before, but holy moly, they make amazing pizza! the place is a very friendly, classic Italian, family-run restaurant (which also serves meat and milk products), but they offer vegan cheese on every pizza (and the teig is vegan anyway) so there are many vegan options to choose from (they also have pasta). I had a pizza romana with mushrooms and artichokes and some extra olives, and that was so freakin’ good. only classic Italian pizza, but vegan, it could be so easy and would make the living better for all (incl. kühe), I really don't understand why there are no more Italian restaurants doing this."

"Man könnte wunderbar draussen sitzen, an warmen Tagen, wenn nicht die Kölner "Emsigkeit" hinsichtlich der Arbeiten an den zahllosen Baustellen ein echtes Hindernis, um nicht zu sagen: Ärgernis wären.Dafür wird man drinnen, in einem nett eingerichteten kleinen Restaurant sehr freundlich bedient und fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl.Die Karte ist umfangreich, auch die Mittagskarte liefert Schönes in m.E. ausreichender Menge. Viele schöne, aromatische Tees. Wie das Essen nett serviert, Chefin und Bedienungspersonal wirken wie eine lustige kleine Familie. Gute Laune allenthalben. Preislich sehr fair. Wir werden öfter wiederkommen!"

"Das war sehr enttäuschend. Wir haben mehrere Gerichte probiert und die einhellige Meinung war, dass es sich nicht gelohnt hat. Geschickt es es natürlich, die Preise zu splitten. Die bowl Salat für 16,90 Euro und die Streifen Rindfleisch dann für 2 Euro extra. Macht 18,90 Euro für einen mickrigen Salat mit rohen Möhren- und Radieschenstreifen ohne jede Sauce. Dazu dann die Rindfleischstreifen völlig durchgebraten mit matschigem Gemüse. Nein Danke, nie wieder! Und das in einer Geräuschkulisse in der ein Gespräch am Tisch kaum möglich war."

"After living two years in Cologne and after all our visits during our holidays, Akira is certainly one of the best sushi restaurants we have been to. The menu is very varied, the drinks are also very good and the atmosphere is very enjoyable. The owners take great pride in their food and service and the quality is always consistent, no matter how many times you visit. I advise booking beforehand, as they seem to have very loyal customers, many tourists visiting and the restaurant is small. You will notice that there are always Japanese customers and that guarantees the quality and authenticity of their food. Cannot wait to go back!"

"Wir sind spontan an einem Sonntag Morgen um 10 Uhr zum Lokal gefahren. Wir hatten nicht reserviert und haben zum Glück direkt einen schönen Platz auf der oberen Etage bekommen, von der man einen tollen Überblick im Cafe hatte. Kurz darauf füllte sich das Cafe ziemlich schnell, es gab auch einige Reservierungen. Daher empfehle ich zur Sicherheit eine Reservierung vorzunehmen, besonders bei mehr als 2 Personen!Auf einer separaten Karte kann man ankreuzen, was man Frühstücken und Trinken möchte. Die Auswahl lässt keine Wünsche offen - im Gegenteil - wir konnten uns gar nicht entscheiden. Die Wahl viel auf das Große - sowie Kleine Frühstück und ein Omlette. Wir bekamen zum Frühstück tolle selbstgemachte Marmelade und Schokocreme, die Auswahl an Aufschnitt war ziemlich viel und die Teller waren sehr schön angerichtet. Das Essen war einfach lecker und toll, zudem war das Personal auch sehr freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)Tipp: Besonders Familien mit Kindern sind hier Herzlich Willkommen, es gibt auch eine kleine Spielecke!"

"to the old brewhouse is a great place my twin brother steps and I am always looking forward to every holiday we take after a car. it is their typical traditional pub, many pine wood tables and chairs, the main room is dominated by a very impressive, great decor and furniture, it is a really good pub. we were here at a late Wednesday evening, we sat at a table were a past two babe deposited two reissdorf kölsch beer on our table and how the norm in this part of Germany marked our beer mat with two pencil ticks to show how many we were beering drunk. my beer was exceptional, reissdorf kölsch bier is such a wonderful bright and hoppy warehouse style beer with taste, very easy to drink, a beer style I really enjoy. during this visit I can not really comment on the meals as we were here only for beer, but I have eaten here at numerous places about the years and the meals are only excellent, hearty German cuisine delicious and filling. we really enjoyed our beers here and the great mood so much that we stayed together for another beer before we moved on and as with any other visit here we had a great time. the old brewhouse is easy to find along severinstraße. opening hours are: Monday to Thursday, 11.30 am to 11 pm. Friday Saturday, 11.30 pm to midnight. Sunday, 11.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. a wonderful pub, one I recommend to them when they visit in the opposite."

"Ich finde Odessa toll. Das angebotene Essen waren alle wirklich gut. Dies kann ich sagen, da wir in einer Gruppe von 6 Personen waren. Der charmante Betreiber hat uns durch den schönen Abend liebevoll begleitet. Ich bin mir sicher, auch wenn man keine Ahnung oder ziemlich ratloss über die russisch-ukrainische Küche hat, kann man trotzdem problemlos was finden. Selbst war ein Veganer-Teilnehmer sehr zufrieden mit seiner Bestellung. Noch ein Pluspunkte: hier kann man auch ohne Ende paar lecker Tröpfchen ausprobieren... ;-)"

"Recently tried and I was positively surprised by the pizza. Most delivery services don't come to my house because the pizzas are terrible and the dough is processed too quickly and therefore is difficult to lie in. Here I had the impression that the dough is made on the previous day and is a bit lighter and more comfortable. The coating also had a good quality. Especially the Verdura was filled with a lot of fresh barbecue vegetables, which really looked great. In total it is certainly even better, but in comparison absolutely recommended."

"I've actually been there twice and I'll be back again. We only had the tapas but what we saw of the a la carte dishes also looked delicious. The tapas are many and all of them were amazing, we were there with 2 people, had 14 tapas, beer and water and went out with only ~60€ all together. Huge recommend they're quick with the orders, polite if some what slow sometimes to see you're waiting to order. But still really kind and apologetic. New favourite restaurant in cologne!"

"Wir finden sehr gute Pizza, normale Wartezeiten, faire Preise. Ich war neulich auch mal zum abholen da. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, leider kamen meine Pizzen erst in den Bestellvorgang, als ich zur abholzeit ankam (war wohl untergegangen aber die Jungs hatten auch echt viel zu tun! . Dann haben die aber alles sehr schnell fertig gemacht und es war wie immer wirklich sehr lecker. Vielen Dank und gerne immer wieder! Ambiente gibt nur 2 Sterne ist halt ein Bringdienst. Wirkte aber alles gepflegt und sauber und man konnte zum warten auch sitzen."

"Located near the Cologne trade fair and stadium this restaurant is understandably busy. They are also doing take-out/delivery and have a surprisingly small space (visiting the washroom requires a small journey to another part of the building through the kitchen). What upset me is that despite the extremely long wait time (+1hr) for a standard dish, the staff had the nerve to blame us for asking a question about the menu and taking too long to decide. Unfortunately the food was not worth the long wait and service. I will not go back, but due to the ideal location this restaurant will likely continue to be full."

"Just don't go to any restaurant like this one.We are very disapointed about the service and about the man who manage this restaurant. The owner was very rude with us when we asked to pay the meal by visa and he told us that only accept cash. We believe that not all the business done in this restaurant maybe are not recorded in his books ( too much cash...). They told us that we are from the south and we don t understand The germany rules of payment in the restaurants. Its clear that this German guy doesn t like people from the south. I m sure that he would be very comfortable living in Germany from 1936-1945. We seriously recommend to don t visit this restaurant and definately if you are coming from the south... After the Volkswagen German disaster, we introduce you the German owner of Peperino restaurant: a man who doesn t like the people from the south but they sell food culture from our zone and doesn t know that we are living in 2015. All he needs is peace, wifi and Visa! He doesn t know yet that his country lose the war in 1945"

"Das Essen ist, wenn es gut ist, echt gut Beispiel Schnitzel: Wenn es wirklich frisch paniert ist und in der Pfanne gebraten wird ist es super. Der Gurkensalat dazu auch echt klasse, so wie die Fritten. Aber ich habe bereits öfter ein Schnitzel bekommen, welches definitiv NICHT vor Ort paniert wurde. Ich möchte beschwören, dass es sich um ein Fertigschnitzel vom Großhandel gehandelt hat. Der Service immer nett, fix und zuvorkommend. Die Location auch gut. TIPP: Immer zuvor anrufen/ reservieren, da wir schon oft vor der Tür standen und der Laden aufgrund einer geschlossenen Gesellschaft nicht zu besuchen war. Gut wäre hier ein Hinweis auf Social Media und/ oder der Website."

"The place is worn down. When you walk in, the lobby looks nice and impressive. Once you enter the floors to the rooms, the carpets are badly stained. There’s a moldy smell to the hall and the carpets are so worn down, they partially covered...them with improvised pieces of other carpet pieces. The whole floor was bumpy, the suitcase had a hard time getting over the bumps, so we had to carry it. We booked this place especially because they offered a sauna and wellness area. When we asked where to find the area the staff at the reception told us, we didn’t book it and it is not included in our room booking. We were very surprised as we especially looked for a place with these facilities. We went to our room and checked our booking, to realize WE DID BOOK IT. We have screenshots of the listed services to prove it. We went back down to the reception to show them our booking. It’s THEN they told us, the wellness area is closed due to constructional work. So it doesn’t matter whether we booked it or not. We paid additional to get access to wellness on my wife’s birthday, we drove all the way to have a nice evening at that hotel to be fully disappointed. They said it must have been a mistake by Booking.com, as they state it very clearly on their website and we should’ve checked their website instead of relying on Booking.com. This was a very frustrating experience with Hotel NIKKO and we’ll not return to this place."

"It was a good experience and I will go back again. The meal started with an awesome Margarita (with a paper straw which is better for the environment). We followed up with the Ceviche which was very tasty (although pieces of fish were a bit small) and an excellent shrimp in garlic oil sauce (served bubbly hot). It was an excellent start. We each ordered different steak dishes. The quality of the steak was fantastic. I would not have the Medallions again since it was swimming in too much mushroom sauce. A little less or having it on the side would have been better. My son's dish was much better but unfortunately, I forget the name of the dish. The service was friendly but not obtrusive. We made a reservation for 6:30 and the place was not crowded. By 7:30, the place was packed. Make a reservation. I recommend El Inca. Next time, I may only order appetizers and treat it like a Tapas meal."
