"Small bistro in old Martigny, on 2 floors, in a pedestrian street, quite small but bright and very well decorated, with wood paneling on the walls, lots of character. Warm welcome, attentive, friendly and available service. Menu giving pride of place to risotto and tartare specialties, but with nuggets like gratinated marrow bones and mustard kidneys, which were absolutely fabulous. A little expensive (the bones as a starter at 18. !! , but we don't shy away from our pleasure."
