"I had the chance to go to the Gyspe on my birthday to have lunch. What a pleasant restaurant, the decoration is very pretty and a soothing and friendly atmosphere reigns there. The welcome is great I was accompanied to a table, the best to my taste seen on the open kitchen with a nice olive tree on my left. During my installation the menu was explained to me with a lot of practice what was very pleasant. When my entry came, I knew I was going to eat well in view of the proportions that are very generous. The accras of fish were perfect accompanied by a tomato coulis and a garlic emulsion: a pure treat. At the arrival of my dish, an antipasti of vegetables served with a burrata, I did not take the time to admire my presentation because I only made a bite of this perfectly seasoned dish. My dessert then arrived well established and it was as beautiful as good. The mix of yuzu and strawberry I still dream of. I finished my tasting with a glass of champagne, and when it happened, I was asked how it was my meal, which I enjoyed a lot. The dessert dish menu cost me only 22€ without the cup of champagne. So we can say that for less than 30€ we eat very well, we have a top quality service and all this in a great setting. Thanks to the whole team, I'll come back for sure!"
