"De visita en Neuchâtel decidimos parar para comernos una crepe. Nos sentamos y después de estar 30 min esperando a que la camarera venga, me decido a ir directamente a la barra, pensando que a lo mejor hay que pedir ahí. Pero NO!...me dice que hay mucha gente y que me vendrá a pedir la comanda en 10 min que al final son 20min...después de 1h, desde que nos hemos sentado, aparece la camarera. Nos pide nota, y al cabo de 20min nos trae las dos bebidas que habíamos pedido...y después de 30 min las 2 crepes. Decidimos pedir otra crepe, y después de 40min nos dice que se han olvidado y que la van a hacer. A la hora, nos vuelve a decir que se han vuelto a olvidar. Decido ir a pagar, y encuentro nuestras crêpes a la espera de que alguien nos las traiga.Resumen: para comernos 3 crepes, hemos estado casi 4h....VERGONZOSO"

"The food was OK, but it was not (repeat NOT) authentic Mexican food. We were given a choice between salads and gazpacho. Gazpacho is a Spanish soup, so it failed the authenticity test right there. The tomatoey “gazpacho” soup we had was watery, oily, and chunky. Nice try. No cigar. The enchiladas didn’t even come close to the real thing, and we are talking light-years here. The meat was wrapped in flour tortillas that were crisped on a griddle, then garnished with a small splash of sauce that tasted like spaghetti sauce. If you are hungry hungry hungry for yummy Mexican food, don’t come here."

"Freshly cooked piadin and tigelle, filled with very high quality Italian regional ingredients (Parma and San Daniele ham, Schmalz from Tuscany and many regional cheese). It is not a restaurant at the moment, as only long tables are available for stand-up meals. Talking to the owner, it looks like he has plans to enlarge the available space to an adjacent space where tables are placed, but for a later stage. "I remain rather shocked and disappointed by what happened Saturday 13.01 at the end of the afternoon. The waiter was apparently overworked, the two pancake makers were nonchalant. And the young lady who cashed me… she was arrogant… which sums up the atmosphere and the welcome of the staff. A glass broke on our table. The glass broke because the bottle of rancid oil that you brought us was so dirty. that it slipped from my friend's hands, then broke his glass which he had not drunk... I hastened to get up and come ask you for a cloth so that I could clean it by myself... since that moment there the waiter no longer knew how to speak to us and serve us correctly... lack of time according to him... while the other customers were served at the right time... Lack of time, but also of respect and politeness, especially when my crepe is missing the main ingredient... when I ask the crepe makers and they laugh in my face... Know that my friend was a good customer and that he may not come back again, and that for my part it will be once but not twice... In addition, the crepes are still 30% more expensive than other creperies in Neuchâtel, less good but above all less garnished! "Very disappointing food in the lunch buffet (we didn 't try à la carte but we never will, because we are not returning there! . Poor quality ingredients and tasteless dishes. "I had a couple of rippers during the lockdown. Order before or wait for 15-20 to be prepared for the meal. There were 6 different dips (different types of lenses, spinach, .... and the usual Ethiopian flatbread . It was really delicious and quite a good part for 19 CHF. The staff looked very sweet and I would come back as soon as it is open for the in-ding (if I was through Neuchatel ."

"We have been here many times before and always with a pleasant experience. Lovely service and food. But last night was the worst restaurant experience ever in my life. We had never seen this chef before, apparently he is also the owner. It was a...very busy night and he was clearly stressed out and made a bad customer service. Long story short, we don't speak French unfortunately. He said some stuff that I didn't understand, but kind of aggressive. Apparently he got so mad and annoyed that he felt it nesessarry to come down to the table and loudly yell at me. I don't know what I did wrong, I was having dinner with my 3 colleagues and we were all very choked. We are definitely not coming back to this place as long as he is the owner or otherwise connected with Vio. But all of the other staff are very pleasant and nice."

"Wir besuchten die Taverne neuchâteloise unter der Woche zum Abendessen. Danke einer Reservation konnten wir draussen sitzen und ein leckeres Fondue Millenaire geniessen. Die Preise des Fondues waren sehr moderat und die Portionen waren gut berechnet. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam."

"As a student ,Isaana is an option for a quick, moderately cheap and delicious meal. Offers a wide range of thai food on the menu but my all time favorite is the papaya salad and the pad thai. Overall service is excellent with very friendly...waiters and owner. During winter rather book a table in advance but summer its best to enjoy your authentic thai food by the lakeside. Thank you !"

"The food was good but the menu was overwhelming as it seems they have tried to note every combination of ingredients instead of keeping it simple like at the creperie chateau. Very small inside with tables very close together, and it's very dark. I didn't see a brightly lit and spacious room like on some photos but maybe I just didn't explore enough. The waitress was a bit clueless and tried to give us the wrong food and wouldnt take no for an answer when we told her. She really wanted us to have those crepes! Another staff member had to come over and tell her she was wrong."

"Mama und ich haben hier zwischen 7 und 19 Uhr etwas gegessen, um uns festzuhalten. Sie hatte ein Hühnersandwich, das sie kaum zu Ende brachte, es war so groß und lecker und 1 Limonade. "Have been here several times now and it has become a regular favorite. Recommended by many people but always with the warning that's it's not well signposted, so bring maps! You enter into what could be a southern Italian family kitchen with a warm welcome...and extensive menu covering everything from starters through pizzas to full main dishes. "An exotic place with your feet in the water, just refreshing, we loved it. The food is excellent with homemade fries, yum yum. The server was kind and humorous. The little extra is also the music. "Ho deciso di inserire questo titolo perché da Ticinese non ho mai avuto grandi esperienze con la pasta al di fuori del ticino o dell'Italia.In questo caso mi sono sbagliato.La pasta era ben cotta, e la mia carbonara globalmente era buona.La cameriera è stata cordiale e professionale. Qualche piccolo difetto ce ma nulla di non correggibile. Un consiglio per la pancetta, era buona ma un Po poco saporita.Il ristorante presenta molto bene ma la tovaglia di carta stona un poco.In generale considerato il prezzo è stata comunque una cena buona."

"Soirée un peu venteuse, et malheureusement terrasse fermée ! Repas forcé à l'intérieur, pas agréable du tout par 30 degrés et sans climatisation ! Des clients en attente entre deux plats ont dû sortir prendre l'air. Aucune surprise pour les entrées, gambas tempura quelconques ( simple beignets de crevettes avec mayo pimentée sans grand intérêt). Le foie gras, bon, mais que partiellement dénervé et le mariage avec des cerises pas fameux.Grosse déception sur le homard ( portion très petite) et magret de canard bien présenté, mais patates pas assez cuites et lard trop salé. Service très sympathique, même si des couacs ( amuses gueules apportés et sitôt débarrassés 3 min après avec l'arrivée des mise en bouche - pas eu le temps de goûter aux olives...) Beaucoup d attente entre les plats."
