"Truly the most awful customer experience I have ever experienced order arrived 50 minutes late, was told driver was outside but took him 15 minutes to find the house. I called 4 times to see what was going on only to be told it was minutes away. Finally arrived and order was cold as expected. Tried to microwave airfryer food but was horrendous by then. Called for a refund only to be told I must be lying, apparently it’s impossible for the food to go cold in the containers it arrived in and I was being unfair asking for a refund. In addition, I was told the delivery guy had a crash on the way home from my delivery and apparently that was my fault too because I shouldn’t have been ordering from so far away the website let me do this and was within the postcode areas) I was told I had to bring my bin to the restaurant so they could check I wasn’t lying. By this point I was so horrified that I did what he asked and brought my food bin through his busy restaurant and was humiliated that he emptied it out infront of everyone only to laugh that he couldn’t see any meat amongst my rubbish so again I was lying. Now in tears from how this man was treating me, a young guy apologised for him and said he shouldn’t have treated me this way and kindly gave me my refund at last. I used to love Bosphorus but wow this was truly the most shocking customer experience I have ever experienced. He will no doubt say I’m lying again but I recorded the whole thing and will be putting it on social media"

"We visited the old bull inn for a wedding reception and I was so shocked by how disorganised the venue was. When we arrived it was a super hot day and we had a disabled grandparent with us and found out when we arrived their was NO DISABLED ACCESS to the Venue room so had to carry our 93 year old grandfather up the front stairs and then again up another flight of stairs to the room we was eating in as the older women with blonde hair refused to let us use the back slop into the building. Once we was inside the lady continued to be really rude to everyone including the bride and groom which was very awkward. Once we was all seated the food began to come out, some of it came straight to the table and they knew who it was for and some of it was a pick a mix of who it was going to. A few people didn’t get their starters and nothing was done to rectify this was just taken as ‘oh well you don’t have a starter’. This theme continued through dinner some people didn’t get the meal they asked for or a meal at all and desert was the same and in the end no one knew what was what and gave up so some people didn’t eat. Once we had dinner we was all asked to leave the room so they could clear the tables so again having to move our 93yr old grandparent down the stairs again into the bar. Once we was at the bar I Noticed some children playing with their goody bags they had been given at their table and the older women who was being rude at the beginning of the day was back and having a pop at the children for playing with their stuff in the corridor between the 2 rooms, I was shocked as they were only playing like children do and she was so aggressive and rude to them That they looked like they were upset and run back to their parents. From what I saw this was happening all the time until she eventually went home. The evening was good once everyone was dancing but the venue itself was very disorganised and I’m unsure as to why people work in venues like this when they obviously do not like people and children and seemed like the older blonde lady with glasses really dampened the day for everyone she come into contact with."

"I booked a room for a wedding along the road and called ahead to explain that one member of our party was in a wheelchair and another had walking difficulties, so we needed ground floor rooms with accessible showers. However, we were not informed that the rooms were located in an old outside building instead of the pub itself. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the accommodation was not suitable for our group, as there were three steep stone steps with no support rails to access the rooms. One of our party actually fell while trying to navigate these steps, resulting in injuries to their ankle, knee, and head. My husband had to assist me, as well as my sister and her husband, who has limited mobility, in and out of the rooms. The rooms were very basic, with long cables running from the front door to the TV on the wall and draped over the radiator. Our bathroom was located up a steep flight of stairs, which was potentially dangerous for me during the night. For breakfast, we were only offered a sparse selection of cereal, a refillable bottle of unknown milk, and one carton of orange juice. We opted to have breakfast at a local cafe down the road, which we found to be delicious and highly recommended. Confusion also arose regarding the checkout time, as there was no information displayed in the room except for fire instructions. After contacting the staff, we were initially told checkout was at 9:00 AM, but later informed it was at 10:00 AM. The saving grace of our stay was the evening meal, which was freshly prepared and very tasty."
