"Bad racist customer service I just came back from the restaurant i was there with my neighbour trying to order some food they said the food i was looking for was finished after i payed for it already but before i tap my card they said they have it...next my friend want to order the same thing and they did the exact same thing to her...like she wasnt there to hear when i ordered....we end up getting something else ...while waiting for the food 2 other customers ordered what we wanted and they served them like we wasant there ordering before ...so i ask the staff what is going on they proceed to lie and diny everithing that happened under my eyes..proceed to speack their language to the customer they served after i was refused...i ask the customer what she ordered and i was right...they said the lady was eating in wich wasnt true and thats why they served her ..the chef come the manager come everyone was just not saying the truth. i ask if the make more of the food later they said no..they gave me the food saying i had what i ordered in my bag when i checked it wasnt so... than the manager said they will have more food in 1 h but he will give me my money back after waiting so long ... in other words he said i should leave... after the manager proceed to apologize telling me hes sorry that i understood wrong. i took whatever food they gave me and left the owner also made sure to follow us to the door and opened it for us ...all of the staff was just lying with a smile on their face especialy the lady at the counter and strech it and trying to be right in every possible way to the point where they contradict themselves and each other Lol ...verry dissapointing horrible customer service and is not the first time they prioritize who they like instead of treating all customer the same... i give 1 star for the service because of the fake apology and the owner opening the door for us to leave but i would give 0 noticed 8 out of 10 revews are bad and complaining about customer service...i said i should treat them in the same extreme way they treated me so i left a few examples below to cut the effort of looking for it yourselves"

"“The Best Buffet In The Ends!” badmanfoodie @spicekhazana £15 (all inclusive buffet) exc drinks Naan Plain Rice Chicken Biryani Chicken Kebab Sheekh Kebab Chicken Tikka Chicken Curry Lamb Curry Semai (dessert) Venue Right this place has been a restaurant for over 30 years in the recent years it has been taken over as a buffet. The inside of the venue is spacious clean and pretty uptodate. The buffet section is clean and regularly checked. Naan This was a nice naan and they all came buttered too surprisingly for being inside of a warmer it wasn’t as soggy as expected. Plain Rice The plain rice was perfect just how I like it long grainy and hot. Chicken Biryani This was a one the bone chicken biryani full of flavour reminded me of home. Chicken Kebab This was a nice kebab moist full of flavour and not too spicy. Sheekh Kebab This was again moist full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Chicken Curry The curry was good authentic Pakistani style chicken curry. Lamb Curry This reminded me of wedding event lamb curry exact same taste. Semai (Dessert) This was like my native country dessert banging! Overall I enjoyed my visit to spice khazana with food and service and prices you cannot fault! This venue is fully hmc and you can taste it in the quality of the food!. . . . "La Sala in Chigwell is part of a well-established group of venues, originating from sunny Spain. These Iberian restaurants, bars and poolside clubs are well known as some of the hottest venues, frequented by sun kissed beauties. Whilst La Sala on the Chigwell Road does not have the temperatures, blue skies or beach views, it is still worth a stop on the Central line. On Friday nights they have just started Suppa , a night of live vocals, saxophone and some solidly good DJ’ing. On arrival, it can be a little bit intimidating entering a restaurant with 3 security on the door at 7pm early evening. It gives the impression that the place is not secure so needs this muscle. Once inside and settled, those concerns are dashed, as it is more to deter youngsters wishing to hassle the reality stars and footballers who feel at home here. Instead, you have a mature and sensible crowd who know how to enjoy themselves without stalking or being too star-struck. We sat at a corner table by the window which gave us a great view of the restaurant and bar. Having scanned their social media, we saw that the portions looked huge, so we opted to go straight into main courses. Having started with a bottle of prosecco (we were celebrating a birthday), this was promptly followed by half lobster thermidor and fillet steak burger for me. I really wanted lobster, so had to go for this mammoth main course. I would strongly suggest that they perhaps consider a solo lobster dish. The burger was with grilled bacon, melted cheese and hand cut chips on the side. For me, the burger was a little bit tough although I asked for medium. I still enjoyed the food, although I struggled purely because of the portion size. The birthday girl opted for the burger solo with chips. Our two dining companions had beer-battered fish with chips with minted mushy peas and Sticky pork belly with creamed potatoes and seasonal veg. The food was good. The only negative is that the minted mushy peas was a bit stingy in size. Literally a spoon full on the side of the plate. Our waiter, whose name I cannot recall, was one of the highlights of the evening. He was attentive, joined in our celebrations and even spotted us a round of celebratory shots! La Sala has good food, great music and excellent service! Would definitely go there for a night out, as it really fulfills your evening’s requirements. We ended the night dancing on the mini stage to some classic and current dance, pop, R&B and dancehall. Lovely!"
