"I have been living in Regensburg since 2012 and this is one of the best cake bar in Regensburg. First of all staff working in there are really friendly and helpful. I think there are many good reviews about quality of their cakes so I dont want to mention it very long but they are really good!!! I have been in there for breakfast also and it is really nice that you can fill a form about how you would like to have your breakfast plate and everything priced separately. I really do not like fixed priced breakfast plates filled with things I would not eat. I am not a coffee drinker but tea they are serving is really good. One thing; it is written that price range between 11-20 euros but as far as I can remember 1 piece of cake is around 3 euros and hot drinks are also around 3 euros. Hence that price tag is not accurate. Only downside of the cafe is that it is a small shop and most of the time it is full. I hope they can get a new location with a bigger area."

"small, hidden and cozy place that has very delicious vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free food. everything is clearly marked on the menu. I have already tried all vegan options and I can recommend everything, especially the crispy vegan carving it is hard to find places that traditional German vegan foods such as carvings, maul bags or meat planters served so that it can visit old kuchl even more special and worth.and they really love in their kitchen, try it!"

"We have always been here in the last 15 years. It was one of the best restaurants in Regensburg. Unfortunately, a lot has changed lately. This time it was a pure disaster! At first the operation has already brought the wrong water, instead of the carafe ordered it brought some one bottle. The naval dip on which we had been so happy as a main dish was panned! When we mentioned that we were not so satisfied today, we were asked during our complaint whether we might want a dessert. That's why we've ordered some papal ham with blueberries. The blueberries presented us the slightly dominant operation then as raspberries. The difference between blueberries and raspberries was apparently unknown. The dessert was also on account. But we had made it so clear during the complaint that it should be a small excuse for the unsettled navy. After the restaurant is now called by Michelin, you obviously don't get so much trouble. What a shame!"

"Actually, I don't write reviews, but the White House definitely deserves one! Super delicious food for very fair price and also the servings are really big despite corona (many restaurants have reduced portions according to my experience during this time). The staff is very friendly and also sauces are available at no extra charge! Can I really recommend and I like to come back!"

"Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the previous positive assessments. Although the orphee in the areas ambiente and the quality of the food can certainly score points, a very decisive aspect for me, in particular in a local of this elevated class, is missing there completely: the friendly service. we visited the orphee in the beige of a birthday party with a society of up to 20 people. apparently there were misunderstandings in the reservation on the part of the local, in any case not all our group related guests intended to order besides beverages (which, incidentally, were mostly in the higher price class) also main dishes. when we told the service this was so unfriendly that one could not get any impression at all than that the aim of their behavior was directed to “scraping” us from the restaurant. one was taken wordlessly at once by the bank frech geduzt (it was probably almost exclusively men's end 20 in suits and homages, no behavioral youths in washed-out jeans) orders, drinks more on the table banged than put. last we were worshipped by the managing director or oberkellnerin (or what this was about), who pointed out to us in front of the entire guests of the local loudly “this is a local one and if we were visiting the next time again the intention had nothing to eat, we would not have to come first.” it should be mentioned at this point that the orphee is not an exclusive local, but partly also a caffee, which in a table reservation therefore does not automatically decide for which frame he decides, unless he is pointed out by the service or already came into the pleasure of the above-described public humiliation. I was both in the beige of party events as well as professional in many local, especially in those of a somewhat more hospitable species. a treatment that comes equal to that of the experienced in orphee, but I have never experienced, not even in village restaurants or on festivals. I would therefore strongly advise the readers of this commentary to consider a visit to this locality well, in particular if they are below the limit of 40 years, as the personal or the owners of this restaurant/hotel/cafés apparently find it appropriate to treat guests below a certain age without the appropriate respect and worse still to blaze them completely in a full, local with decreasing behavior. every guest, no matter in which class of restaurants, has a claim to decent and courteous treatment. However, even a device from the standard of the orphee does not even arrive in an approach should give more than to think."

"Located away from the center in an area which is not really attractive (across a meat and sausage factory as well as an erotic club that restaurant is nevertheless worth the trip. First, the decoration is very beautiful with much attention paid to every...and each detail. Just visit the toilets and you'll get what I mean! Then, enjoying the terrasse on a gorgious sommer evening is a pleasant experience despite the moskitos attacks. The food is fresh and very good to good. Not excellent. We highly recommend the Bo Pho soup and the fresh mango in coconut cream. The service is agreable and attentive albeit precisions on how to mix the ingredients would have been helpful. But when comes the bill, you realize that you can hardly eat for less than and, above all, they only accept cash! I never saw that except in Russia years ago. A big mistake to fix...."

"Interesting combination with Italians and Mexicans. You get two menus and can choose between both variants. Had three Italians and one Mexican. The Mexican has lasted a little longer, but we were very kindly pointed out that this is related to the two separate kitchens. Nevertheless, the food came very fast although the store was really full. Tastefully, the food was very excellent and inexpensive as well. You can recommend. Staff also worked very well and always had an overview."

"Random choice for us. The fountain setting and musicians caused me to pick up the menu. Wide variety of several food styles with a lot of Vegan options. I had the kebob platter and my wife the Balkan platter. Servings of grilled spinach, salad, bulger and the souvlaki style meats with tziki and humus. Prices very reasonable and the food was absolutely delicious. For the price, this was a fantastic meal. You'll love the views as well. Cheers."

"Abbiamo mangiato solo qui una volta che forse non è abbastanza per dare una revisione completa. L'atmosfera è davvero bella, abbiamo preso un tavolo nella camera del vino circondata da bottiglie di vino carina e accogliente. Anche il pane era buono. Abbiamo ordinato ... Pasta Arrabiata e una pasta di salmone. Entrambi sono venuti con una pesante salsa di panna. L'Arrabiata non dovrebbe avere la crema mai. Anche se avevano la propria versione di questo piatto, non ha affermato che era una salsa di crema sul menu e ci hanno persino ci hanno dato i menu in inglese quindi non mi mancava. Mia figlia non può avere latticini e mentre avrei potuto mandarlo indietro non ero fiducioso a quel punto che anche la semplice salsa di pomodoro non aveva anche la crema. La pasta di salmone anche cremosa ha avuto bei pezzi di salmone in esso, ma aveva anche uva. Pensavo che fosse molto strano. Sono mezzo italiano, e sono stato in Italia molte volte e non ho mai incontrato il cibo italiano preparato in questo modo. Proverei la pizza che sembravano buone e erano grandi ma se vuoi il cibo italiano autentico questo non è davvero il posto"

"Ich habe heute zum dritten Mal ein veganes Menü gegessen und es war wieder sensationell. Ich habe kein Dessert bestellt, weil ich nicht gern süß esse, trotzdem gab es für mich ein Mini-Dessert, das von der Größe für mich perfekt war. Der Service war wie immer herzlich. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön. Ich werde sicher wieder kommen. Habe noch nirgends besser vegan gegessen."

"This is around my visit to this restaurant and it’s only far to give other people the opportunity and the restaurant the feedback it deserves. I have eaten out in many of the best restaurants in Regensburg and this is clearly The Best in...town. It’s a beautiful place inside and also outside if the weather is good but the food and the hospitality is great. All the dishes I have tried on the menu and off the menu have been extremely good. I always look forward to visit when I’m in town. Please note that it is closed on Monday as I found out on this business trip. If there is any bad spelling mistakes in this post I blame there Red Vino which went down a treat before writing this post. Enjoy Carlton"

"in good memory of our this year's mallorca holiday we decided to try out the tapas bar ravel a few weeks ago. the online reservation worked without any problems and in joyful expectation we found ourselves yesterday with friends in the local. First we ordered from the vitrine sausage and cheese plate, brot, oliven and the typical mojos. these came fast and so we could concentrate the first hunger still on the selection of further delicacies from the kitchen. we have eaten across the menu, vegetables, seafood, chicken. everything was very delicious and authentic. we were served all night over very courtesy. so we had a very pleasant evening in a comfortable atmosphere and left only after midnight the still well filled local. for us certainly not the last visit in this convincing local."

"The lunch card is very diverse and the portions surprisingly large. But the food convinced me above all qualitatively and tastefully. The house wine is definitely still air up and I don't mean the price. The unexcited service convinces on the whole. Despite full house, the volume was moderate and pleasant in the modern guest room. "Da wir immer mal wieder gerne vegan essen gehen, wollten wir auch mal das Dada in Regensburg ausprobieren, leider wurden wir etwas enttäuscht. Das Essen ist sehr mächtig, vieles wird frittiert. Der Salat war in Dressing getränkt. Die Vorspeisen, Bruscetta und eine Thaisuppe, waren lecker. Der Burger war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Der Service war etwas durcheinander, wir wurden von drei Bedienungen nach unserer Bestellung gefragt und das in einem Abstand von 3 Minuten. Die Atmosphäre ist studentisch und locker, das hat uns gefallen. Alles in allem verbesserungsfähig."

"Wir waren zum Mittagessen dort, der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sauber auch der Sanitär Bereich. Dort kann man Preisgünstig frühstücken oder Mittagessen. Wir hatten drei mal Carbonara, super lecker und frisch gepressten Orangensaft dazu. Wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert, dass war auch gut so, es war voll. Die Räumlichkeit ist ist etwas eng, wenn alle Plätze besetzt sind ist der Geräuschpegel extrem hoch."

"We picked this restaurant because of the reviews on here, and upon receiving a reply to my request to reserve a table I knew we were heading somewhere that was going to be different. The clientele were an interesting mix of people which I liked and you get the feeling everyone is welcome here and airs and graces are not permitted. We did struggle a little with the menu as some of the specials were not available so we explained what my husband would like and asked if they could do something like it, which they very kindly did. I had one of the pizza's that's not really a pizza but very similar and very good, but my favourite thing here was all the mead. Luckily they do offer small cups so I got to try quite a few of them and I can't say there was one I didn't like :) The only problem they have here is that there were only 2 people working |(and although they were both great and really helpful) by the time we left the place was heaving so it started to get a bit difficult to get served."

"Jeder Regensburger muss mindestens einmal hier gegessen haben. Das kleine Restaurant besteht aus ca 6-7 Tischen im Innenbereich und 3 Tischen auf der Straße. Das Gericht kann aus Nudeln/Reis, der jeweiligen Sauce und Fleisch/Fisch zusammengestellt werden. Auch Suppen oder fertige Mittagsmenüs stehen zur Auswahl. Das Essen wird innerhalb von 5 min zubereitet und an deinen Platz gebracht. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und man hat anschließend - trotz der doch recht großen Portion - kein Vollegefühl, wie es bei anderen Mahlspeisen meist der Fall ist. Ich empfehle das kleine Restaurant sehr. Auch wenn man mal keinen Platz findet, kann man das Essen mitnehmen und an der nahegelegenen Donau oder am Kohlmarkt genießen.Preis: Für zwei Essen mit Getränken haben wir unter 20 € gezahlt, was für die Qualität wirklich top ist"

"Tried this restaurant for supper note it opens at pm for supper as it was only a or minute walk from the new Holiday Inn Express and we did not want to walk far afield. Weren’t sure what to expect...but it was a very pleasant surprise. Menu is pizzas and a few spaghetti and penne variations. We tried a couple of the spaghetti variations and quantities were plentiful, hot best we’ve come across in the regard) and very tasty. Service was prompt, pleasant and friendly. A small restaurant and busy enough to see that the place is popular but not crowded or noisy. Nicely done!"
