"I was just spontaneous in sushilicious and got me something to take.The reception was mega friendly and the short waiting time for the order was very nice with talks. the truppe is also very good, which contributes to the atmosphere also very positiw. but what is also very important: eating is really delicious and absolutely freshly prepared. I had a wrap (the salat was crunchy and fresh, the ingredients well tuned) and sushilicious rolls with tuna. the rice was on the point, the avocado fresh and the tuna also perfect.When I get back in rostock, I like to come back."

"Wir waren heut zum Einkaufen in Rostock. Bewußt haben wir uns zum Eisessen einen Italiener ausgesucht, der nicht direkt in der Innenstadt liegt. Wir essen immer Spaghetti-Eis beim Italiener. So ein schlechtes habe ich noch nie gegessen. 2 bestellt, eins gebracht, auf das 2. 5 Minuten gewartet. Da ging es schon los. Kein Eis mit einem Sahnekern, wie man das kennt, sondern Sahne mit Eis. Die Sahne war warm.Auf den Toiletten ein Trauerspiel. Da wird daneben uriniert und der Handtuch-Automat im Vorraum ist defekt. Von der Bedienung weder ein Lächeln noch die Frage, ob es geschmeckt hat. Mein Fazit als Gastronom: Nicht empfehlenswert. Schade!"

"After striking out on the first place we were going to eat, we stumbled upon the Block House! It looked busy which is always a good sign during the middle of the week and patrons coming out said the food was great. So we tried...it and were not disappointed. We both had steak, salad and potato and all was cooked to perfection. The staff was fun and service was great. The menus is in languages which was great! We like our steaks rare and they were done to perfection. The atmosphere is cute with an open kitchen and a nice bar and outside seating. The pricing was very reasonable. If you want steak, this is your place. So go and enjoy"

"I was eating with friends yesterday, the personal was simply unprofessional, eating was even delivered wrong in other times. as a young customer I was absolutely not taken seriously and left out on the order. we were laughed and the feeling was given to us that they were too poor for this restaurant. that a waiter says they should look for a restaurant in another league. they lost me as a customer."

"This place has a good location by the water, and really yum pizza for a good price. I´m not easy to please when it comes to food, I ordered spagetti bolognese, and my 7 year old son loved it. I mean you can eat it but the spagetti was a little bit overcooked and I wished some more flavour in the bolognese. So if your into soft food get that dish. But I hope you all feel a little bit naugthy and get yourself a pizza and drain it with parmigiano reggiano and olive oil all on the table, have a bite:)!"

"Ich habe mich aufgrund der Empfehlungen hier bei TripAdvisor auf dem Weg zu Helgas Kitchen gemacht und stand davor und wäre am liebsten wieder zum Hotel zurück gegangen. Aber ein Blick durch die großen Fenster machte uns neugierig. Bereits kurz nach dem Betreten waren wir uns sicher dort zu bleiben und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Außergewöhnliche Einrichtung und gekonnt zusammengestellt. Bedienung top freundlich und geduldig, Essen (Burger und Salat) waren top und vom Preis okay. Lasst euch von der Außenfassade nicht abschrecken und genießt dort den Abend"

"Auf einer Stadtrundfahrt entdeckten wir ganz in der Nähe unseres Quartiers das Tamarinde. Von außen machte es wenig her, aber als wir in den lauschigen kleinen Garten kamen fühlten wir uns rundum wohl. Der aufmerksame Service und die frisch zubereiteten Speisen waren lecker und in angemessener Zeit auf den Tisch. Das könnte ein Geheimtipp werden."

"Ich habe hier mit einer Freundin gefrühstückt. Das Ambiente ist wirklich wunderschön alles ist sehr stilecht und passt wie eine eins! Man kann sich kaum satt sehen an der schönen Einrichtung :) Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Portion des Frühstücks mussten wir etwas verlängern, da wir morgens gern viel essen. Die Auswahl an Aufschnitt, Käse etc. war super und sehr abwechslungsreich. Mein Hund durfte auch mit rein - ein großer Pluspunkt. Später wurde es dann etwas voller, dementsprechend auch ein wenig eng, aber die Bedienung hat sich vorbildlich um uns gekümmert. Am herrlichsten war dann die Torte, die wir zum Schluss noch probiert haben - großartig."

"Went to have dinner here and have to say that I was disappointed by everything that this restaurant had to offer. To start, it's important to note that this restaurant primarily cooks vegetarian dishes, and that all ingredients used are organically sourced. Arrived on a...weeknight at with two friends, and we ordered drinks and food immediately. The drinks were served relatively promptly, but the food was served at Not, only was that wait on main dishes, but one of those dishes was served minutes later than the others, so we didn't even get the chance to eat together. The food itself was under-spiced and salted; and generally speaking bland. The waiters never apologized to us for the long wait or even provided any kind of explanation on why we were waiting for such a long time. This was by far my worst restaurant experience in a long time, especially given the elevated prices. The only thing that made this experience bearable was the beautiful garden patio. This is a restaurant that gives vegetarian cuisine a bad reputation. OVERALL: Food: Service: Amenities: Cost:"

"We loved the ambience and the friendly service and the food! The restaurant is in the old and charming part of Warnemünde and is worth walking the extra distance from the beach and seaside to get to! I chose the Zander (fish) with interesting cabbage...stew and couscous with spinach. Delicious and well composed from the kitchen. The children had pasta and could chose how much sauce they wanted to add. Brilliant choice! Families are tested really nice and the children get activities while waiting for the food. Really nice! This place is recommended for families and couples. You will definitely be treated well!"

"We were staying about 3 Km and asked at the ibis budget hotel if there were any Restaurants nearby, the Receptionist recommended this Restaurant.Situated opposite the local train station it is an unassuming restaurant (from the outside). Inside it is full of character with dark coloured wooden beams and faiy low lighting.The menu was quite extensive albeit all in German! (I was under the impression that menu's also had to have an English language version within Europe?) I ordered the Rump Steak, this came with Pommes / Frittes / Fries) on a bed of white onions in a thick onion gravy and a small selection of salad stuff. The piece of meat was a good size and cooked just as I had requested.I chose a local Beer, Rostocker Pils which was delicious. German beer has NO chemicals in it so it is pure and you do not suffer any after effects as a result of drinking too much.Desert was Apfelstrudel (Apple Strudel) which came with Ice Cream and fresh whipped cream. To finish off I had a mug of coffee.Total bill for my meal was 34€40 (exclusive of service) inc;usive of 19% Mwst / VAT (UK) Tax (USA)Staff were very friendly and welcoming; between my limited German and their limited English we all achieved what we wanted meal wise.When I go back to this area I will be sure to return to this restaurant."

"We didn’t ear ourselves, but could see from what other guest ate that the food was good and the portions generous. The pub/restaurant first appears small, but there are more tables om the first floor. However, we were lucky to get a table om the...ground floor and was ordered to sit by a big round table together with some other guests. A bot unusual, but quite nice actually, as it strengthens the familiarity of the restaurant. The stuffed animals and fish skeletons on the walls and dangling from the ceiling might not be to everyone’s taste either, bu we thought it adds to the atmosphere!!"

"Wieder sehr gut, wieder lecker. Nach kurzem Warten wir kamen diesmal außerhalb der Stoßzeiten (die sind natürlich mittags bzw. abends) bekamen wir vom äußerst freundlichen Servicemitarbeiter einen Tisch am Fenster. Die Broiler waren heiß und köstlich mit knuspriger Haut, die Pommes Frites aromatisch kartoffelig, geschmacklich beides wunderbar. Der Weißkrautsalat war ebenfalls gut abgeschmeckt, nicht zu säuerlich, sehr angenehm. Seit einiger Zeit kann man Curry Majo und/oder die Teufelssoße bei der nur Broiler und Pommes Bestellung kostenfrei dazu bekommen. Eine gute Idee. Wir gehen seit Jahrzehnten in den Broiler, und es wird hoffentlich noch Jahrzehnte lang so bleiben. Danke für das gleichbleibend sehr gute Niveau, die stete Freundlichkeit und dafür, dass hier Preis und Leistung stimmig sind."

"Wollten heute mit einem Kind im Rollstuhl zu Abend essen.Auf der Terrasse stank es nach Lackfarbe.Draussen waren trotzdem 3 Tische belegt. Drin war alles leer.Der Kellner war unhöflich, begrüsste uns nur widerwillig.Trotz ersichtlich gehbehinderten Kind bot er uns einen Tisch im obengekegenen Bereich im Eingang an.Später gab er uns einen barrierefreien Tisch. Es sei nochmal erwähnt, dass NIEMAND als Gast vorhanden war.Es waren nur zwei Gedecke vorhanden. Trotz Aufforderung unsererseits ein drittes Gedeck zu holen blieb es anfangs fruchtlos. Es dauerte lang bis eine Kellnerin anfing einzudecken. Ein Glas fehlte trotzdem. Aufgrund von Nachfragen erhielten wir nur eine Gegenfrage:"Wollen Sie etwa Wasser trinken?" Es folgten Gespräche und ein Rauswurf. Wir würden tatsächlich als Gäste des Hauses verwiesen!!!"

"The food and the business are amazing! The fish was fresh and excellently prepared. The appetizers are a dream and the desserts are delicious and well adapted to the main courses. There are local to exotic fish varieties prepared as steaks/filet or classics (Backfish/panned). The portions are very large for the price. Everything in everything really great! Unfortunately, the service was necessary. The slightly older lady was rough and we didn't have the chance to order drinks because we were simply not asked."

"We stopped by at lunch time during the Hansasail event due to a local recommendation and we were definitely not disappointed. This was according to our local host, a favorite place for the old East German (DDR) government officials and a place frequented by the...old Secret Police (Stasi) and it is known for a local specialty broiled chicken dish. Broiled chicken is not what one normally thinks of when thinking German food but, it is a local specialty and, this place does it really well. This is an upper end hotel but, surprisingly the restaurant is very reasonably priced. The food and the service were what one would expect in a premium hotel restaurant but the price was not! Hansasail is a big event and the area was packed and, so was the hotel and restaurant; however, we were accomodated without reservation and did not have to wait long to get seated. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, our order was taken quickly, the staff was extremely friendly and cheerful and, our food came faster than expected. There are a variety of different sauces to choose from to go with the potatos and ours was very good. A half chicken dish was plenty for me and I 'm a big person.
