"A gourmet restaurant offering à la carte dishes or menus. The tasting menu is quite complete and consistent. The meal begins with mouths with a tomato soup, a home terrine and peppers like burned cream. The meal continues with a duo of crunchy salmon and vegetables. In resistance plate the pintade is accompanied by vegetables. Then comes the pre dessert which is a meringue rhubarb pie. The dessert trio comes to close the meal. Note that the à la carte wines work well with the dishes. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. Very nice experience."

"welcome unpleasant! from the patronage to the medium-quality saleswoman who drops the chocolate bread on the ground but who still tries to sell it to you and display quality ikéa for one being said great bakery...... there is better on the region of Saint louis. the patisserie bauer or the neuweg supply are of far superior quality.... you have totally forget that the customer must be your priority and that the product must be qualitative."

"Great relaxed atmosphere sitting out on the wide terrace overlooking the market square though you can sit inside in the very traditional french decor dining room. The Food is Traditional French with no pretensions. The cost of the food was a fraction of that in...Basel, but no worse and frankly better in quality. The wine was a 1/4 of the price in Basel and we had a very good bottle of Cote du Rhone Village Cairanne at well under €20 which would buy you a middling glass of wine in Basel. I had superb Alsace Garlic Snails followed by a very succulent Beef Fillet in cream pepper sauce which was cooked to perfection. A short bus trip out of Basel across the border into France, this is a transformation in character and prices. Feeling rather run down in comparison to wealthy Basel, it offers very good food at a fraction of the cost of food in Basel. St Louis is effectively a opart of Basel but in France. One word of warning. There are pick pockets. A friend in our group had over €400 stolen from his wallet in his jacket hung over the back of his chair. They took the wallet to remove the money and then returned it to his pocket unnoticed. My Creme Brulee was good and far better than the one we had in Switzerland at four times the cost."

In addition, I had a negative experience in the past with this bakery, but the chef took the things in hand and solved my problem satisfactorily. "classic Alsatian restaurant, regional flats , good reception, good service tres pro , balanced map just what it takes good quality from products, copyy plates , for me veal head ,sauce ravigote ,in fact tete of veal to the French very good for my Jamaican friends, hearty excellent,in entrance carpaccio of beef not very Alsatian but very good regional wine pinot gray and black pinot very good, but price a little excessive for the region we have spent a good evening holiday stage average price per person 40€ satisfying !"

"Took my son here to get some take out based on reviews on Trip Advisor. Next time we will eat in. I thought the interior was nice and welcoming. The outside looks like fast food, but not unlike many places in US. The staff spoke zero...English, and we speak zero French. So this was a little bit of a problem. Luckily I can look at pictures and make out the words for salmon and tuna. The quality was very good and inexpensive compared to Switzerland (which is 3X the price) and better than what I've found in Germany (Stutgart). We love sushi and by experience, if it's cold it's not quality fish (meaning it is kept for days and days). Also cold sushi does not have the same flavor. This sushi was slightly below room temperature and excellent. I just wish Europe had more variety in sushi, like volcano rolls, mixed eel avocado rolls, etc. It's pretty much salmon or tuna and california rolls. Maybe I didn't see the other offerings."

Especially the sandwich preparator. who managed to advise me the ideal sandwich after but difficult criterion. a lot of choice in this bakery. the damage that the wand is carbonized, but especially the damage that some waitress are unpleasant and poorly elevated. I score 5 stars thanks to the performance of the young preparer. particularly the influx that was there in the 10:30 zones. for the quality of the sandwiches I understand the reputation of this place. ps: I highly recommend this bakery for the speed and aromas of the sandwich I will come back quickly to this place."
